Location was perfect
Stairs to climb our daughter disabled we were told there was a lift

The location and the pool
The bed and couch weren’t super comfortable

Awesome view! Great Hastings Street location
Lots of things.
Property needs a renovation particularly the bathroom. The owner needs to spend some money.
Shower too small. Tiny! Shower leaks.
Lots of rust in bathroom. Even the bin is covered in rust- just go to Kmart and spend $30 on a new one.
Main bedroom queen bed so old! Like a wooden board to sleep on.
No lamps or soft lighting in lounge room. Crappy seats and couch.
Kitchen is good but old, bent and poor quality pots and pans.
For the money spent this property needs and update and some care and attention to detail.
