Wonderful, very sweet hosts who give you homemade cake every day for breakfast. Also, the location couldn't be better - the central station is literally around the corner, and the old city center is just nearby.

Location
When we arrived, we were in shock, the entrance was descasting, like an old, dirty garage. The room was fine, but the bathroom shower was extremely small.

The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. location is near the train station. I enjoyed the common room very much.
No laundry machine available. No luggage stands. Some repairs needed: loose bathroom shelf and toilet seat and entry door handle.

friendly and helpful staff, just off a side street near the central station. Many f&b choices nearby and a short walk from the historical centre. Easy to go on the metro as well if you need to go further. Staff on duty was always helpful with whatever needs you have, hot water, printing of bus tickets etc.
hot water in the shower can take some time to come

Very central location and all the staff were lovely.
The lock for our room was very difficult to open.

- The room was sparkling clean and very well maintained;
- Breakfast was alright, we enjoyed a typical italian morning food (croissant, capuccino, some vegetables etc.). There was vegan option for capuccino, aspect which I appreciated;
- It is close to the central station (Napoli Centrale), so this might come in advantage when Napoli is your last stop and you want to take the connection to the airport or when yoh want to continue seeing other cities;
- The host was kind, she let us store our luggage in the reception after check-out so that we can visit little bit more of the city before leaving.
- Because we traveled in february, in the night it became very cold outside (at least for us) and we did not have a heating system to make the room warmer. We did not say this to the host when we were there and we managed to take more clothes during the night, so I would say that this is only a recommendation for improving the stay.
In rest, it was a good stay and we recommend it.

Location, reception personnel
second floor without elevator. I travelled with heavy transite bag and it was difficult to go up the stairs with such a heavy weight.

The B&B is located at 5 minutes walk from Naples Central train station. The staff was super friendly and breakfast very good.
The room was large, light and airy.
The shower was very small, and may be not good for big people. One of the mattresses was way to soft to be comfortable. It actually was very uncomfortable.

Clean, simple and comfortable. All you'd need. Staff great.

Owners were really welcoming and nice. Breakfast was okay. Good value for money. :) Not too far from the old town and really close to the railway station.
Room was quite small.

Everything was so great! The host was very polite and helpful. The room was nice, clean and comfy. Wi-Fi was also good. And breakfast was really delicious. Location was great, metro, train and bus station were near the hotel. Definitely coming back and recommending it!!
The only thing that I didn’t like was shower. We couldn’t manage to get warm water and pressure was too high.

great location next to rail station. lovely breakfast
slight issue with door key.

Very lovely staff (owners?), kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable enough, very basic. They have a communal refrigerator/freezer, full size, that was available to all. The refrigerator was quite helpful as it enabled me to take Cheese home from Italy, Fresh Buffalo mozzarella!
The back, inside, square was shared by a restaurant and they could be quite noisy with trash cans, but earplugs took care of that.

the staff was very kind and helpful especially luigi . he helped me a lot since it was my first experience in napoli. they also served a good breakfast with a perfect cappuccino.

The room was reasonably clean, comfortable and quiet (considering the noisy Naples). Breakfast was also very good, with good food options.
A sad situation: liters and liters of water wasted every night simply because the water heating system is through a boiler. My wife and I lost at least 30 minutes every night just waiting for the right moment when the water would heat up. Last night I gave up after almost 1 hour and took a cold shower. In addition, once again, a huge waste of water directly reaching the environment.

very close to the train station, main reason why we stayed here.
Everything else except the location. breakfast was the worst we were offered in Italy, though coffee was nice. There was no hot water at night, nor in the morning so we showered wirh cold water. The staff barely spoke English and seemed dodgy.
