Great

Great sized room. We had the suite. Location is very central and a free laundry. Real bonus when you are travelling for several weeks.

Slechtste hotel van het Bahnhofsviertel

Ruime kamers. Goede bedden.

Lobby een rommeltje. Alsof je in een jeugdherberg logeert. Receptie personeel onderbezet en chaotisch.

Not as I expected

The property location in the city center which is practical

- The staff in the reception a girl with a curly hair was so rude , not helpful at all , racist , and I met an other guest in the reception who said the same things about her. - The hotel made us pay 30 euros per day for the car parking 🤨 I’ve never experienced that in my whole life. - During break fast they don’t replenish food 🍱 .

סך הכל קיבלו אותנו מאוד יפה, החדר היה מרווח וארוחת בוקר מגוונת.

קודם כל את המיקום!! ממש הרגשנו כאילו אנחנו בהארלם. ישנו רק שני לילות ובפועל טיילנו יום (רוב הטיול לא היה במינכן - ומזל!). לא היה נחמד בכלל לעבור ולהסתובב ברחוב. המלון ממש מול התחנה המרכזית של מינכן. אפשר בהחלט לחפש מלון עם קרבה למטרו ולא לתחנה המרכזית. כשהגענו סידרו את החדר לזוג ולא למשפחה. אבל ברגע שביקשנו, הגיע איש צוות להציע. לא יכולנו להתקשר בטלפון לקבלה, לא עבד. לא שמו שקיות בפחים (מזל שהיה לנו). בארוחת בוקר היה מגוון אבל לקח המון זמן לבחור למלא את המלאים שנגמרו (היה בחור אחד בלבד!) ובגלל זה גם לא הצליח לפנות ולנקות את השולחנות, נאלצנו לנקות בעצמינו.

Comfortable stay

I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and cleanliness provided. The room was exceptionally tidy and well-maintained, which made for a very pleasant stay. One of the standout features was the working area in the room, which had plenty of space and good lighting, making it perfect for catching up on emails or getting some work done away from the office. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and warm, which helped in making my stay both relaxing and productive. I appreciated the attention to detail in the services and amenities provided. This hotel definitely stands out as a great choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for a hassle-free and comfortable experience.

The mini-fridge in my room wasn't working properly. In addition, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring major attractions and enjoying local dining and shopping. This proximity to the heart of the city was definitely a major plus. However, the immediate surroundings of the hotel left much to be desired. The area can best be described as "sketchy," with a vibe that felt somewhat unsafe, especially during the evening hours. This detracted significantly from the overall experience.

Das Hotel an sich ist super, das Personal muss noch besser auf Freundlichkeit geschult werden.

Die Zimmer sind toll ausgerüstet, bequeme Betten, tolles Badezimmer und alles sehr sauber. Nur schade hat es Teppich drin.

Das Empfangspersonal ist teilweise überfordert und schnippisch, sehr schade!! Es ist total ungewöhnlich, dass das Hotel die Kreditkarte mit €100 Depot vorab reserviert. Habe ich noch nirgends gesehen.

Munich Hotel with Character.

Outstanding Breakfast with helpful host, My room was quite with energy saving light system along the corridor. Excellent house keeping. Could the hotel consider providing more bottled mineral water? Location is just 2 minutes away from Munich Central station. Both Mr. Shasha and & Ms Eva were amazing. They help me to locate my passport along with cash and credit cards. I believe both deserve next level of promotion.

24 hours coffee shops restaurant could be considered.

GCC friends I do not like it

we book suite on 703 and it was very small even they did not provide extra blanket and we where 4 two adults and child with infant the did provide bed for infant but my son was sleeping with us in bed also they did not provide Wifi desk was too busy to provide all information , breakfast was bad and woeful nothing to eat exact bread and croissants not worth money I prefer to eat outside ... I Ould recommend all GCC citizen if you look for comfort think this is not yours .... we ask for extension and we where welling to pay money and they didi not found room for us .. I stay in this hotel before and I love it but this time I decided to be last time

7 min walk from Karlsplats

The hotel is located near the train station and 7 min walk from Karlsplats. The room was very nicely decorated with in suite bathroom. The breakfast was very good and it was included in the price although the boiled eggs are cold which doesn’t fit our Arabic taste. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful The room has iron and iron board The hotel has laundry room where you can wash your clothes. It is very convenient.

The room pillows were not good and the sleep was not comfortable The hotel lobby is getting renovated and it was a bit noisy at the time when we stayed. Although you don’t hear them in the room but if you stay in the lobby you do.

The location Reception Staff are friendly

When I checked out and after I left the hotel about two days later I found that the Hotel had debited my credit card twice. Instead of approving the authorization that they did in the first day the did another transaction. And now my cards was debited with the accommodation amount in addition to the hold amounts that they did as an authorization, which make me short of money and I can’t use may credit card until they remove the hold amount 👎👎 you should train your staff how to deal with the credit cards authorization.

Comfy beds and hot shower

I Downgraded room to get in earlier since flying all night. They would not do a rate adjustment. Also paid for 3 adults in room and they still would only give us 2 bottles of water. Paid $551.00 per night. Very poor customer service.
