Short break

Joanne very welcoming. Very comfortable bed and good sized room. My son joined me for a lovely breakfast. Location is great. Short walk into Llandudno or beach. A home from home.

Would stay again no problem and recommend it.

Location was great, breakfast was the same. Room was very good, clean and very well equipped. Bed was one of the best i have slept on!

Bathroom was a little tired, but it met our needs.

Lovely B&B in a great location within an easy walk of the town centre.

All staff friendly and engaging. Breakfast cooked fresh to order.

We would have preferred a later breakfast option but appreciate the hosts may wish to ensure that all guests complete breakfast early to enable them to perform other tasks in the guest house.

Fabulous as always,Jo and her team are very welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. This is our 4th visit and wouldn't stay any where else in Llandudno.

Welcoming and cosy. Lovely bed and good bedding

Steve loved the breakfast. I would have liked a bit more fruit selection, not a big meat eater eg bacon,sausages. Would have liked crumpet. Or the likes with good jam.

It was extremely cosy and made very welcome so really there was nothing I would have liked better. So nothing we didn’t like. Xx

Wonderful

The staff who worked there and the cleanliness of the place are unbeatable. The room was really clean, cosy and welcoming. I am hoping to return again. It’s good to know that it’s open all year round, even at Christmas.

Fab little break!

Lovely welcome, Joanne was cheery and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, great location , perfect place for our last minute break.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like. Everything was great, no negatives at all!

Superb

My second time staying at Rosaire and the host is so welcoming and helpful. Had the same room which was spacious and very comfortable.

The toilet is too close to the sink to use comfortably, if it was moved a little to the side, it would be more usable.

On the whole an enjoyable stay

Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and served everything hot. Perfect location. Very good shower Powerful hairdryer Very clean and welcoming

For our personal needs the bed in room 2 was a little too close to the window to walk round. It would have been nice to have a biscuit with the excellent beverage selection. The above comments would not deter us from booking again

Exceptional

The staff was very kind and polite. For breakfast, I asked to prepare a salad or cut some vegetables. The lady kindly fulfilled my request, I am very grateful for that. They also told me what was where and so that I could visit. The room was beautiful, spacious, the view from the window was on the garden. The flowers in the garden and this fresh scent are just incredible. I recommend it for a quiet, peaceful and family vacation.

Llandudno's best kept secret

A beautiful property, very welcoming, easy parking, with a lovely garden with furniture to sit and enjoy a glass or a chat. Comfortable lounge for guests, the bedroom was immaculate, a large really comfortable bed and en-suite, with good quality fixtures and toiletries. The breakfast was the best ever, choose from a full Welsh, cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, juices, pastries, proper coffee, a selection of teas, toast and all the trimmings. It is the little touches that make a place special, welcoming and memorable and Rosaire offers them all. We jokingly said we would leave a terrible review because if we wrote the truth then everybody would know about 'our' best kept secret: Llandudno's ROSAIRE Thank you Jo and 'mum' for the most wonderful stay; we have found our perfect place, and can't wait to return. XXXX

The only thing we didn't like... only booking one night, wish we could have stayed for longer. Next time we will.

Homely, comfortable and quiet.

Very homely, very clean, excellent hosts and very friendly. Couldn't do enough for you to make you feel welcome. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice and a nice breakfast area. Room was spacious.

The lighting could of been a little better, the lamp near the beds could of done with a shade on it because it was too bright so we switched it off other than that it was fine. I would of liked to stay longer :)

Relaxing and enjoyable.

The breakfast was amazing with tons of choice both hot and cold. The room was comfy, clean and peaceful. Joanne and staff were very welcoming and did their utmost to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location is great as it’s in a quiet and pretty residential area but only a short stroll from town.

Clean, comfy, and convenient for town centre.

It was very clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice. It was only a 5/10 min walk into town to get to a pub or restaurant. The off road parking was fine.

My son left his Kindle in the room. He didn't realise until about 2 weeks later. I contacted the guest house who confirmed it was there and posted it back for free. I would have thought, that maybe something of that value they would have emailed me to say we had left it. We were both felt a bit let down they just kept quiet till we contacted them.

Beautiful stay , property lovely and decorated so nice

Loved this bed and breakfast, Jo was a super host , kind, helpful and friendly . It was such a beautiful house, felt like home and we were treated like friends by everyone there. Even the 2 gorgeous dogs made us feel welcome.
