Posizione ideale per andare in spiaggia (Flic-en-Flaqc) e per le escursioni giornaliere sull'isola Mauritius.
Personale della struttura molto gentile e disponibile, in particolar modo Vanessa, sempre sorridente.
Colazione eccezionale, abbondante e deliziosa, preparata tutte le mattine dalle sapienti mani di Vanessa, servizio molto raro a trovarsi presso strutture ricettive.
Presente anche la piscina.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Tornerò di sicuro e consiglio la struttura a chi ha voglia di una vacanza rilassante e sentirsi a proprio agio.
Per me è andato tutto per il meglio.

Le petit déjeuner complet
Pour rappel nous avons séjourné dans la chambre double avec sdb privative
- équipement/ mobilier très minimalistes, peu entretenus
- climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas, simple ventilateur et chambre qui est une véritable fournaise
- draps tachés à notre arrivée, demande pour changer des draps, le nouveau était taché lui aussi
- pas de protection matelas et matelas dans un état inacceptable pour une utilisation par des clients
- aucun passage dans la chambre pour petit ménage de mi séjour (6 jours sur place), pas de changement de serviette, obligés de demander pour le PQ, pas de changement de poubelle (rien n’était à notre disposition par ailleurs)
- salle de bain très modeste
- parties communes non entretenues avec des déchets résiduels et une absence de confort général
Vraiment une grosse déception avec des photos qui paraissaient bien mais le lieu était loin du compte et surtout mal entretenu
Je ne recommande absolument pas et c’est bien la première fois que je me vois écrire un tel commentaire sur un logement

L’emplacement parfait, à 5 min de la plage et du centre ville ( supermarché, restaurants, location de scooter et voiture) il y a tout à 5 min.
L’environnement est calme et apaisant. Le décor extérieur de l’hôtel est charmant avec la grande piscine très agréable.
Les chambres propres et sentent très bon, spacieuses et j’ai apprécié les détails et les petites attentions… le petit déjeuner complet et savoureux.
Le personnel est top , Vanessa la proprio très humaine et bienveillante, une femme exceptionnelle et très gentille.
Tout était très bien, le séjour top.

Nous avons passé six nuits à la Villa Paille en Queue.
L'extérieur et l'intérieur du lieu sont magnifiques, bien entretenues et la déco est superbe.
La chambre que nous avions était spacieuse et confortable.
Le petit déjeuner est complet, savoureux et coloré.
Le personnel est souriant, gentil et présent si besoin.
Vanessa, la propriétaire des lieux est une très belle personne sur qui vous pouvez compter si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit, c'est agréable d'échanger avec elle.
Bref, nous sommes entièrement satisfaits de cette réservation et nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement très bien situé dans Flic en Flac.

The beds are quite uncomfortable, toilet was broken (running constantly so had to turn water off at night to sleep) fans are old and very loud.

Superbe villa. L’accueil de Vanessa, les petits déjeuners copieux, le calme. . Au top!!! On y est restés 4 nuits. Grande piscine, un super camp de base pour la plage, les commerces et les bus. N’hésitez pas si vous êtes dans le secteur.

La chambre était très bien, propre, la déco très soigné .
Le petit déjeuner et le personnel au top.
L’hôtel est en train d’être refait complètement.
Le séjour était fabuleux. L’hôtel est proche de tout à pied (5min)
Rapport qualité prix top top, prix abordable pour flic en flac et vu toutes les prestations que l’hôtel offre.
Je reviendrai à coup sure !

Nothing. The place was AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!
This hotel, guest house or whatever it is has to be run by the greatest scammers of all time!!
Please avoid them by all means.
My young nephew got an admission into university in Mauritius and we booked a night at this obvious joke of a guest house between yesterday and today (8th to 9th Feb). The poor young man got there, after prolonged rigorous Google searches and assistance from friends, only to find the place like a ghost town, deserted, empty, dead quiet. He was the only guest!!! Expectedly, he had to leave out of fear of harm in a place he had never been to, first time in a country, heavy baggage in hand, and trekked down the streets to an open area until he heard the voice of a man within a building. He had to beg the man to listen to his predicament, until the man let him into his house and helped him call the university and another arrangement made to get him a safe place.
I paid £45.78 (from London) for a night through Booking.com to this scam of a forsaken place!! Confirmation number 4222789343.
Avoid them like a plague for your own safety and peace of mind.
I will keep posting about them as often as I can to let the whole world know how dubious this facility is! What a scam this place is!!!

La dame qui nous a accueilli était vraiment très sympa. Elle a acheté un matelas tout neuf ainsi que draps et serviettes. Elle vient d’acheter l’établissement il n’y a que 3 semaines et a vraiment envie de bien faire ça ce sent.

Logement Très très sale. Des cheveux dans la douche, un rideau de douche + que à vomir, des crottes de lézard, des essaims de guêpes et un énorme cafard.

L'endroit où se trouve l'auberge est très calme et paisible. Vanessa et Fabrice sont très accueillant, aimable et jovial. Le petit déjeuner était parfait ! Nous sommes à proximité de plusieurs restaurants/snack, l'arrêt de bus, de la plage (5/10 min à pied). Il y a également un supermarché non loin de l'auberge, qui peut être pratique pour certains.
Je ne saurais pas dire ce que je n'ai pas apprécié...Ils font des travaux donc je pense que cela viendra au fur et à mesure du temps.

There is a Mall 15mins from this place if you don‘t find what you‘re looking for nearby.
I‘ve met the boss, who is very friendly, but I didn‘t like how he was judging me for my vacation plans just because I didn‘t do it his way. I didn‘t like it.
His employee, Om, is very nice though.

Om was an exceptional host.
We were greeted with such a fantastic welcome and was shown the accomodation with care and consideration.
Close to the town we felt we made a good choice.
There was air conditioning and fan with a refreshing pool.

I like front of the house and kinda hostel vibe when you can meet other ppl. The staff is really good cook so it is comfortable to ask him for any Indian dish you wish for anytime. It is also cheap and tasty.
I visited new part of the beach. I learned some new things. There is no hostel at flick et flack. This one is the closest to the hostel vibe. Meeting ppl at pool. Also if you like Indian cocine and you are lazy to cook - you can order almost anything at the spot anytime. That is convenient for very good price and it is veeeerryyyy tasty :).
I did not like really old cover on my bed and somehow I had really uncomfortable feeling in my room. I just could not be in it at all. I only slept there. Pictures on the wall are very very very old. It just does not feel home or comfy. All bedding is very old, it is still looking good but ... you have this very cheap feeling. It needs some refabrishing.

the neighborhood was a bit untidy. if I was the owner, I would buy the ground next to the hotel and incorporate it into the hotel. that would be perfectly invested money.

The room size was okay
No hot water, bad water pressure. The owner told my boyfriend to get off the property because of a small booking mistake that was easily fixed. The tv didn't work and the WiFi kept cutting out in our room. No towels, no bin, stained and uncomfortable bedding. When we wanted to check out, our taxi was going to arrive at 1 pm and we were at first rudely told we may not leave our bags at the reception until a later check out was finally agreed upon. I've never had such bad and rude service in my life, and it wasn't the first place I've stayed in since being in Mauritius, so I had service and rooms to compare it to that were same/cheaper prices. I do not recommend.
