The staff were courteous and accomodating to mention Primo, Angie and Banjie and also the manong guard
At first night we were assigned at the room near the highway. Trucks, buses and jeeps were very noisy. But early in the morning the next we were transferred to a more comfortable room

I travelled alone and was greeted by the security guard Fernando! He made sure I was looked after the first step I walked into the establishment, he took my bags he made sure I was hydrated he made sure I wasn’t hungry he took my bags to my room he is the best, then I was greeted by front of house Mumma Lisa! and the team, front of house you will have no problems as they are there and have your best interests at heart and never feel like you cannot ask for anything because they want! to help and make sure you have a comfortable stay! I call Fernando my papa now because that’s the level of care you feel when staying at stone house, the whole team are genuinely good people! I will always stay here when coming to Manila, travelling by myself these people looked after me, honestly book here the price is great and the food is amazing also I love the carbonara! so creamy and comes with garlic toast!
I didn’t like having to leave!

The location is good. And the staff are courteous.
The room was dirty, the double bed foam splits in two, flimsy lines - very old like they will tear off any minute. I booked here because I liked their Quezon City branch - but this Pasay branch is dissappointing.

It's affordable, the food is good too. I like that there's a hair dryer outside too. I love the bed, so comfortable.
The aircon leaks out water and we have to move the bed. There's only one trash bin. There's no shampoo. On our first night of stay, the receptionist was a little rude and quite moody.

I like the location and the price which is very affordable.
The street where there’s a lot of homeless and street dwellers that I don’t feel safe to walk whenever I want to buy something from the convenient stores
