Welcoming and hospitable host

Very good location for the airport. Maria was friendly and passionate about giving guests the best experience and making sure they are safe. The room is very welcoming and tidy. Great recommendations from Maria.

Property is in a gated village/community. The area outside feels a little sketchy. Maria advised using Grab to get to nearby places outside the gated area.

The room was very spacious, and the internet connection was stable. For someone who works during my travels, these two are very important.

The toilet's bidet got broken. Thankfully, the host was very fast in addressing my concern.

Convenient place to stay close Airport

Close to the airport restaurants and mini markets, the owner is very kind and helpful. New A\C so no noise at night.

Maybe is temporal but at 7am next to the property is a lot of noise from construction or machinery if you are a early bird is ok but to relax late use noise blockers in your ears.

Amazing hostess, very caring and helpful. That alone is worth it. She helped me with everything I needed and more.

I didn't like the area around, but in a short drive you can get anywhere and the location is very close to the airport.

Everything is Perfect minus the Aircon.

Feels like home. Nice view from the Terrace and feels really safe. The actual place is much better than in the pictures. Maria was so helpful and she’s really nice. Everything is perfect except for the Aircon is really loud it’s very hard to sleep.

Pleasant stay in a private room near to the airport

This is a tidy room with a private bathroom in a standalone building within a single-family house compound. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Many supplies, such as towels, shampoo, and filtered water were provided. The room is located within walking distance of terminal 4 of the airport and it is within a gated community so it feels safe.

The only downside was that the AC is quite old and loud which makes it marginally less comfortable to sleep. Also, because of proximity to the airport, the noise of the planes can be disturbing for light sleepers.

You can come and go as you like. It's like living at home. Maria is very helpful and knows her city well. Nice kitty cats. I will stay there again when in Manila.

Very pretty room and terrace and amazing and helpful owner.

The owner is a really kind person and was so helpful with any question I had and gave me tips on what to do in Manila. The room is big and even has a fridge and private toilet and shower all included. Well worth the money.

Make sure you have a way to actually call the owner when arriving at the airport. I needed to ask the taxi driver and he somehow couldn't reach her, but I also was already late for check-in, so that is totally my fault. Come early, or get in contact via phone, so it's easier to meet.

Terrible experience

Location is near the airport.

This is a homestay. You need to go up the stairs to reach the room. Please avoid if you have heavy luggage. I had to leave my luggage in the open garage. There was also no one to help carry it to the room. Please also avoid if you need to sleep after a long flight. The choice was between noise and heat. The airconditioner was necessary but it was too loud and it was impossible to get some sleep. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to get a few hours of sleep before my flight.

not suitable for stay, staff is rude if you make door bell for many times, Margie Thomas is not pleasant to the guest. I

room is good but in the picture is different.

regarding your freedom in staying, you can’t go out easily due to no one will open you in the main gate.

Humble and Fantastic Hosts

Room was newly renovated. Everything was working from the aircon, water heater etc. I was told I was their first tenant when they reopened. Maria was such a wonderful host. She always check on me everyday asking if everything is ok, or if the wifi is perfectly working--basically everything about my comfort and stay. I love animals and we get to talk about their pets and their love for dogs and cats. Generally, the neighborhood is safe. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby--Joliibee is few steps away from their gate! Overall, I enjoyed my stay in such a humble place with beautiful hosts and I cant wait to stay with them whenever Im in the area. Thank you again!
