Um bom atendimento faz clientes

Casa bonita, confortável, cozinha espaçosa, tem privacidade entre os quartos, porque era isso q eu queria, cuidei da casa como se fosse minha, sai e deixei do jeito q entrei para manter um ambiente agradável

No primeiro e segundo dia não dormir bem, falto energia e fiquei na mão sem ventilador e sem ar condicionado, achei que a lena foi um pouco grosseira em questao da falta de energia, (sei que a culpa nao foi da lena de falta energia, mas também não foi minha, so queria arrumar um jeito de eu não ficar na mão) falto energia as 4h30, sai as 8h ainda não havia chegado, voltei as 18h30 não tinha energia ainda, porem volto a tarde, mas eu passei mais da metade do tempo hospedada sem energia, meu celular tava 10% de bateria, casa quente, tomei banho gelado e não dava para fazer comida, pois estava escuro demais, a lampada que me forneceram nao iluminava muito bem, minha irmã entro em contato para ver o que dava para fazer, pois meu celular estava nos últimos porcento de bateria, a pessoa que fica responsável a Lena, foi grossa, riu da cara da minha irmã e disse que era para ela ligar para enel se ela quisesse energia, mandou mensagem para mim no whats e disse que não tinha poderes para fazer eles trabalharem mais rápido, acho que não precisava dessa grosseria, tudo é questão de saber se comunicar, se ela estava estressada, deixasse para responder outra hora, paguei uma nota e não foi para receber ignorância dos outros, fora isso as pessoas que estavam la me receberam super bem. Em questão do caução, tinha opção de pagar quando chegasse lá, fiquei com medo de ser golpe e de nao receber de volta então eu acho que acaba assustando as pessoas, mas entendo também o lado deles. Em questão da localização eu achei um pouco longe do centro. Mas eu não volto mais por conta da comunicação com a Lena, pousada é o que nao falta em paraty.

The hospitality of the hosts was immaculate! They are always ready to help, super friendly and made us feel like home. The garden is beautiful, amazing vibes! There is a fireplace and a nice small herbal garden. The house is super spacious, very well mantained but a lil older and could use small renovation. I would definitely come back though.

There is no air conditioner in the upper room, only downstairs. The water filter was very old and the water coming out was white and tasted very bad so we had to buy water bottles to drink (which wasn’t a big issue)

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. very clean and the property is very well maintained. The staff are so sweet and attentive.

It’s an eco lodge so bring mosquito repellent (this isn’t actually a negative)

I booked for a single night and now wish so much to go back to Paraty to spend more time at Fernanda's place. The house is such a joy, I was there with family and we all had a great, relaxing time. Everything tidy, with a great eco-friendly vibe (composting etc). Hammocks and outdoor couches surrounded by fruit trees and birds are awesome to chill outside. A 15-20min walk in a safe neighborhood is all that takes to reach the old city, so the location is a great tradeoff between relaxing while being near the main attractions

Very good

Nice place, the owner is so sweet. We got our clothes washed quickly, got it back the same day. Great kitchen, clean, nice common area.

A bit far from the City center. But you can walk there in 20 min or rent a bike at the casa.
