Excellent staff

The location was excellent to sit by lake Victoria. Very relaxing. Also excellent location to see shoebills. Good healthy breakfast with fruits. Very helpful staff indeed. They helped me book my tours and a car with a driver to Jinja.

The airport shuttle is only provided one way. The return is highly overpriced.

Great location in Entebbe

Great location adjacent to Lake Victoria. Lovely staff, v nice bfast, enjoyed the food. Nice view from bedroom with balcony.

Fine but overpriced for what the accommodations are. The space needs to be updated.

The location is wonderful.

The room was extremely hot and the fan did not cool it very well. For the price in the area there are much better values. Its as if they are charging the rate of a nicer hotel but the space has not been updated in a very long time and really needs updates. The bathroom was not cleaned well and there was hair from a previous guest.

The location is excellent, the public area is beautiful, the food in the restaurant is great.

The rooms are very outdated and crowded, full of mosquitoes, no air conditioning. Exorbitant price relative to the level of the room. And when booking, the price was 20 percent less than the hotel's website.

An amazing place!

The place is amazing! The stuff treated us in a pleasent way, took care of all our needs. Its located next to Victoria lake, many resterants and local music.

A great stay all round considering all amenities and conveniences.

Welcome drink as a choice between a beer and a glass of wine was a pleasant surprise after a long hot day on the road. Close proximity to the beach where they have a lovely beach bar with a view over lake Victoria was very convenient. Reliable wifi at the reception; great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.

Loved being greeted with a feee drink after being picked up at airport upon arrival. Very good breakfast and coffee. Very helpful with Taxis and transport. Great stay.

Meals: they have got the best meals, i enjoyed so much the 2friends especial, that’s the tilapia served with rice and it comes in banana leaves… and when it came to breakfast it was also perfect and worth it 👌🏻abig thumb to all the chefs! Drinks: i tried the orange sunrise and my girlfriend the watermelon cooler( cocktails) and also the banange beer which was a good choice from a good waiter! it was really amazing. A big shout to Patrick you made all our days colorful, from the 1st day we checked in to the last day! also Esther and George at the beach restaurant, the cleaning lady, i think she was called Aisha and also Irene at the reception! we surely hope to come back next year! Superb

Extremely friendly staff welcoming you warmly and personally. The hotel is small, cosy, and everything is very carefully maintained with beautiful furniture made of tropical timber. A bookshelf for the guests is containing a numerous assortment in all Scandinavian languages plus English, Dutch and German editions. A nice garden with pool is inviting you to relax. In the restaurant you'd be sitting at the beach of Lake Victoria and enjoying the freshest, most delicious fish or whatever you prefer.

A great way to start the journey in Uganda

The employee were very friendly and helpful , big and clean rooms and an amazing breakfast . The hotel is overall very quite and well organized .We had a little issue with our booking and it was solve in a very customer oriented way.

Great spot to unwind near the airport

Good rest at this hotel with comfortable rooms and pool/ bar area. Good breakfast. Also crossing a small road takes you to their lakeside bar/restaurant. as usual order your food in advance or be prepared to wait but very tasty. Bar gets lively in the evening

as a hotel near the airport there was some noise from people coming and going in the night but not too bad

Beautiful property, good location, spacious and comfortable room

Lovely property. The bar area and pool are very nice. Right by the lake. Check-in was easy and staff exceptionally kind and accommodating. They arranged covid tests for us for our next travel day, no problem. The room was very spacious and decorated nicely - comfortable bed, TV, fast wi-fi, air conditioning, and robes. I believe not all the rooms have AC, so double-check when booking. I would recommend the lake view room - we had a large terrace with seating. The beach bar across the street was great too - good food and drinks, friendly service, and lake view. Stayed one night and didn't want to leave!

Breakfast could be improved.
