Perfectly fine, no problems

Stayed over night as we were attending a wedding

We wasn’t entirely sure where to go, signs everywhere but still not really clear, there was a map at reception that would’ve helped but the table was blocked by other guests checking in and it was offered by staff at reception. One small thing… the sinks, the design looked nice but the positioning of the tap and the design of the sink meant that you got a full force splash all over, looked like the boys wet themselves when they came out from the bathrooms

The rooms are spacious and well appointed with a few extras that other establishments don’t always provide eg real milk and a fridge, a safe, plus an ironing board and iron. Also apart from the rooms the dining and bar facilities are very good. Overall a really great property.

My only complaint would be that the restaurant and bar automatically add in a service charge so if you don’t want to tip you need to request that and it has to be put through again. Puts the customer in an awkward situation - tipping should be at customer discretion and not presumed. I had it deleted on principle.

Quality hotel, lovely setting

Stunning location and close to Tesco HQ

I stayed on the shepherds hit which was lovely but got locked in! The staff were very helpful and soon got me out!

Absolutely enjoyed our night away plus Elton John was brilliant too

the lodge was not a lodge but half a bungalow. she very compapact. but the wood burning hot tub was fabulous

kept banging knees on the bed frame as the bed was too big for the room.

Every time I stay at Tewinbury Farm the Wi-Fi is unusable which ever part of the property you are in which is its major failing.

Bang Average won’t be staying here again!

Room was ok but bang average, nothing special about this place.

Got the room with hot tub. had to heat it up myself even though messaged the hotel to warm it up for me. they advised to message to let them know when I would be arriving but no reply back. hose was running hot tub ice cold. over flowing had to rush out to stop the water running and was way above the water line and didn’t know how to drain. attached picture. not worth £200 for one night. mentioned on check out all the issues I had but got a blank look and then just asked for payment. CHEERS 👍🏼

everything was absolutely perfect and was everything to my expectations highly recommending everyone riverside is a nice little place right next to a river and lake and it was lovely with the patio heater and water heater hot tube was the best

Mostly excellent

Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation, staff welcoming, breakfast was great as usual.

Meal in cowshed on valentines night wasn't up to the usual standard, ie the duck or jou that was on it tasted very salty. Probably a one off and won't put me off going there again.

Hunter Room

On Saturday a girl on Reception she was very helpful and kind as she provided me with a cable to connect my laptop to TV despite I have asked many times and they kept ignoring me and she was working in garm shop on Friday. Sorry I wasn't able to take her name.

Breakfast can be updated as there is no vegetables and the service was very slow on Sunday. Some of the staff at reception wasnt helpful when i asked for a cable extintion.

Disappointed as a very nice place

Breakfast was very good

Room heating was broken and not working. Room was very cold and in the evening it was unbearably cold. Staff came to help but could not get radiators to work. Air con unit was fixed but very draughty and too loud to run all night, so during night and in morning the room was very cold. It affected overall comfort and well below expectations sadly.

Noise - if felt we were in a 18-30s party central. I would recomend installing better(some) soundproofing, especially if there is more than one function running simultaneously.
