A perfect location to explore the town. Apartment was clean and instructions for access were excellent.

Very good

Great location and apartment had everything you needed. Fridge, cooking facilities and coffee machine. Bonus was 2 great little pubs just outside the entry. Very central to everything including the ferry port.

The stay was great and the good communication and interaction from the host simply added thereto,

The location is absolutely perfect. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and very good value for money.

Although the bar below is quite noisy, closing the windows completely shuts out the noise.

Overall a very good stay in a beautiful apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was fresh and clean and all of the facilities were perfect. It could not have been in a better location. It was right in the center of Split. The host was very accommodating on check out as we had to leave quite early. The cleaner who was lovely came to collect the keys. There was no stress involved with this apartment.

At first we found it difficult to find the apartment using Google Maps. We collected the keys from a close by bar. The bar man who gave us the key said he did not know anything about the apartment and where it was so we were a bit confused by this. We had to ask a few different people before we found it. The apartment is located just above a bar so it can be noisy if you are trying to go to sleep early. We stayed out until the bars closed anyway so this did not bother us.

lovely, lively, much needed break

clean and decorated to a great finish, lovely location. a few niggles with the owner and property but soon resolved

owner could communicate better. luckily I had good reception on my phone. didn’t sent to talk just txt plus didn’t meet us with the keys, left at a nearby restaurant. I prefer someone to let me in and show me around. we had problems with the door handle as the bar us too long in between so we were trapped briefly when trying to get out. the handle cane out and we had to cobble it back together. out host said well it was ok yesterday, that’s not quite true. it was wobbly when we arrived. Their useful suggestions were to throw the key to someone in the square to help us. luckily we are resourceful women

Nice place in the heart of Split

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of everything, plenty of bars, shops, restaurants around. The place is clean and nice, probably recently renovated. We did not mind the noise from the downstairs bar - once you close the windows you can barely hear anything and the noise stopped around midnight at the latest (despite it being Saturday). All in all, I’d recommend this place for a short city stay.

The sofa bed in the living room was not made up and ready for us when we arrived, despite having booked for four people.

Location, location, location!

Location, location, location -- a few steps from old town's main square. And then the setting/decoration with exposed stone. Bed comfort, kitchen equipment.

I would have appreciated some kind of receipt from the host upon paying cash. I asked for it, but apparently it's not part of the procedures. The living room is a little noisy at night (a cafe/bar just downstairs) - it didn't bother me, but could bother light sleepers. A chair was broken.

Superb location. Great accommodation for a family with kids. Well distributed, comfortable and well equipped with top brands. Even though it’s in the center, it has very good windows and is very quiet. It was very easy to communicate with the property. They were very flexible and allow us to keep our luggage until the afternoon.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment is modern with everything you would need for a great stay. The location is the best bit about it though. Within walking distance to most things in Split.

Collecting the keys from a stranger behind the bar and not having much information about checkout. It is also cash only which we were unaware of. The host called though and he was pleasant.
