Tengerparti panoráma
Nem tudtak angolul
Nem működött a wifi
Nem volt konyhasarok, se olyan zug, ahol étkezni lehetett.
A közvetlen alatta lévő kocsma kb. éjfélig hangos volt.

It wasn't easy dp the checkin and contact the staff

The location of the property was great, gorgeous view of Pico from our room. Check in was very easy. Room was comfortable and air was great as it was very warm. Room was basic and had everything what we needed. Staff were really friendly and welcoming.
There was no WiFi as stated. There wad a fridge but no 'mini bar' (if that's what you're looking for, we didn't mind). It cost 15euro if you need your room cleaned. Also just to note, on the door it says a taxi to the airport is 35euro but we got it at the taxi rank for 14euro.

The room is quite big and cleaned.
Many towels in bathroom and we’ll located to reach the city center.
The owner doesn’t speak English, so we could talked that much, but we were able to understand each other’s

It was pretty noisy as over a quite main road

it was clean, great location, above a café… had air conditioning! Help was always available if I needed it.
no coffee pot or hot water pot.

the only positive thing, very nice sea views from window.
Dangerous, a plug was completely unsage. Shame. Unsafe place.
Tiny noisy warm place. Unconfortable private bathroom out of the room with no windows that was more a sauna than a bathroom. Staff missing. Bad experience.

Close to the Ferry boarding station. We spent there only one night and few hours. The day after our ferry was leaving early. In essence we traded quality for a convenient transfer from one location to the next.
One of the rooms was quite small and bathroom was outside the room. We could distinctly hear the heavy snoozing if our neighbour all night long.

The location is fantastic and the sea facing apartment I had was very spacious. It also had a washing machine and most any appliance you would need for a holiday stay. The shower was great!
If you don't speak Portuguese it is very difficult to communicate with the staff. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

Nice residence right on the promenade. I liked it

Far exceeded my expectations. The apartment was fully furnished, clean, and had its own restroom/shower.
4.5 / 5.0
The room was great but it would be nice to add a fan since my room had a window to the courtyard and there were times when the room was somewhat hot.
The room I was in could use a fan!

Great location and friendly staff. The air con in our room was a life saver!
There were a few power cuts during our stay, however they didn’t really have much impact on our experience.

The balcony studio was a nice luxury to have with the kitchenette and with stunning views of the ferries coming in, it was really a nice treat to have. Air conditioning was also nice to have as the weather was getting more warm and humid.
There was nothing I did not like about the property, the staff was amazing!
5.0 / 5.0
It was clean, the bathroom was in the room (that may not be the case for some rooms), there were ways to open the window and get a cool breeze or use the air conditioning when too humid and shutters to keep the light out. There was room for all my things.
Could use alternate dimmed lighting for a more relaxed option. Every single lamp had a bright bulb in it, though I understand not wanting customers to get upset and not being able to see, but there could be designated mood lighting (even one dimmer light bulb).

Very spacious room in the back on the bottom floor. We put together three apartments, including two bedrooms and a living/dining room and kitchen. Had a washer and dryer.
Because the apartment was over the cobblestone street, traffic in the morning was pretty loud.

Friendly staff, quiet room, good location
First we had booked a room with Big double bed. But in reality it was really small. We had to upgrade for another room.

Good place to stay a night
The host doesn't speak English, but was nice using a translate program.

Great location, nice and helpful staff!
The window of our room was on the noisy side of the hotel, no view. It was what it was, we made a last minute booking but I guess it's worth to choose the room with a sea view if you have a chance.
4.6 / 5.0
Perfect location, close to the ferry terminal and the center.
Our ferry had a delay of a couple of hours and we arrived in the middle of the night. This was no problem and we were welcomed with a smile. We loved the 6 person apartment and 4 person room. The pictures give a good representation of what you can expect, the apartment even had more space than we expected. The receptionist did not speak English but did
The kitchen in the apartment could do with some more plates and cups and a water boiler.
