bel établissement, sympathique. Pas de plage.

l'amabilité et la disponibilité de Mario. l'établissement est d'un très bon rapport qualité prix.

pas de plage à proximité. Déplacements en bus très aléatoires. Dommage. Donc voiture indispensable

Отличное местоположение, но без машины делать тут нечего. Хороший бассейн, территория красивая хоть и небольшая. Красивые закаты в 5 минутах ходьбы😍 В пешей доступности супермаркет и кафешки

Приехали поздно, магазины закрыты, можно было бы положить бутылочку воды) не очень удобная кухня и маленький холодильник.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit gepflegten Garten, alles sehr sauber. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Freundliches Personal und nette Vermieter. 7km bis zum wunderschönen Strand.

De ensueño

Nuestra estancia en Marisa residences ha sido espectacular. Nuestro viaje fue de 9 días y elegimos este alojamiento por lo cercano a los kitespots más importantes de la isla. La habitación era preciosa y estaba totalmente equipada con todo lo que pudieses necesitar. Cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle, incluso con productos para los mosquitos. Además la cama muy cómoda. La piscina de ensueño. Limpia y calentita. Además ofrece un atardecer espectacular con el morne al fondo. El recinto muy seguro con alarmas y llaves especiales. También teníamos aparcamiento propio. El jardín muy bien cuidado. Es como un mini resort!! Sin duda volveremos a Mauricio y sobre todo a Marisa residences!!

Superb

Everything! From the spacious room, to the garden and the Swimmingpool! It is a real piece of paradise. The kitchen came very handy too, also considering the small restaurant offer in Le Gaulette. Supermarket is at walking distance. The cleaning ladies were all very nice and helpful. Towels and bed sheet were changed really frequently.

Mosquitos, BUT in the room there was mosquitos traps therefore it was an easy solved problem.. And the garden was so beautiful that it was worth the hussle!

Very nice place with excellent service close to all attractions

Marisa is a very nice place owned by Isabelle and Helen who have been in contact with us since we booked it 5 months before arrival sending all the updated information on Mauritius. Rooms in very good condition with excellent everyday cleaning service. Special thanks to Mario who takes care of this place and was always ready to help us. In the nearby there is a big supermarket with everything you need.

Really good value for money!

The place, location, instalations and stuff where great. Really good value for money. Everything very well taken care of, and the owners are really good hosts. We will be back for sure and We strongly reccomend it.

The only thing I could say, is that there wasnt space in the kitchen to be confortable cooking. Maybe a little table would help.

Convenient stay in a calm place

Spacious place with quite well equipped kitchen and bathroom. there is a cleaning service everyday, cctv cameras and security service which was important to us. Parking available for around 4 cars so totally enough as there are 3 houses in Marisa residences. self check in which was explained upfront the arrival, very good contact with the owners. superkmarket, restaurant and atm in a close area

it was quite confusing to find the object - dont trust 100% Google maps as it is misleading (info from the owner not fully helpful to reach the house). a pool was a bit dirty. Kitchen is already old, visible difference between kitchen standard and a main room.

Exceptional

Best apartamenti that we stayed in LaGaulette. Very cozy atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and plants, comfortable bed, good airconditioner, daily room cleaning. Really enjoyed our time spent there, especially mornings with a cup of coffee and gazing upon palmtrees and flowers. Everything was perfect, thank you very much! And big + for lights in the room- they were with warm tone, which sets the mood cozy. In a lot of other apartments lights were cold tone, so the atmosphere was cold and did not feel nice. So here we really enjoyed that!

One day there was real problem with bugs, at evening they got inside room even with big sliding doors closed, through some small openings maybe. Probably it was because of heavy raining all day, because other nights there were none at all. When we turned off the lights, it stopped. I guess property should think something to stop them from getting in. Pool could be cleaned more often, because there were a lot of dead bugs inside. This is just a suggestion from a coffee lover: if there was some coffee capsule machine like Lavazza blue or Nespresso in the room, that would be fantastic!

Great Value for money.

wonderful place, heavenly located on a tophill with a distant oceanview. The property is tidy, well kept, the garden is perfect for relax after a day wandering around the island and the pool is another plus on an already A+++ grade and mark. The kitchen is small but well equipped, the housekeepeer comes every day to clean and make the room, as long as the pool guy and the gardenerer better than a 5 star service. Great value for money. The owner is very nice and the property manager is always a text away. Excellent !

Great base near Le Morne

A great base for exploring the south of Mauritius.10 mins to beautiful Le Morne beach. A local fisherman in La Gaulette will take you to Ile de Benitiers. Lovely pool. Lovely apartment. Good supermarket close by. Excellent communication. Hire car assistance.

Very good

We really liked the cleaning and the service. There was once that the sink didn't work and we quickly got service for it. There was a cyclone warning and a host gave us water and helped us prepare. We had to sit in quarantine and the host bought groceries for us following a shopping list we sent We liked the pool and used it a lot.

There was a few times the cleaning worker didnt come as planned. The warm water didn't work as it should. We had some lizards/geckos inside the property, we didn't get to bothered by them, but if it would be possible to get them outside for future tourists

Exceptional

The host is very friendly and attentive to guests' needs. Upon booking, she sent me detailed information on accommodation and the surrounding area, so we felt confident moving in and staying there. The home has all necessary amenities, including spacious patio. There is a grocery store in 3-min driving time. You will need a car to get there and to travel around the area, as public transport is not very convenient, and taxis are rather expensive. (Keep in mind they drive at left side in Mauritius!)

The kitchen is rather small and it lacks basic things, like tea, coffee, salt-n-pepper, napkins, paper towels, etc. So the first thing you do upon moving in (and probably after long flight) is rushing to local grocery to buy all this stuff.

Pleasant stay! Recommended.

It is clean and reasonably quiet. The owner and local cleaning/maintenance staff were excellent. It has a nice pool. La Gaulette isn't the nicest village, but there are good views, some very good restaurants. and It is close to Chamarel and Le Morne.

Good value of the money.

Great clean pool. Beautiful garden and see view from Oak apartment terrace. Good bed. Excellent instructions before coming. Friendly hosts. Short distance Le Morne Brabant and Black River Gorges National Park.

There are dogs which bark the yard next doors.
