We have some problem with the heating, at the end, was a bit cold the room,

Cleanliness and close to central Pompeii
Better signage to locate

A spacious and well decorated room, near the entrance of the archeological site. The breakfast included was really nice as well. Lovely contact with the host.

Good size room for a family of 4. Very clean. Very helpful owner in finding the location.
Good location to visit Pompei.
On top of a pasticceria with great coffee, something to eat and gelato, although quite expensive for the Campania standards.
Very hot room with malfunctioning aircon in a 36 degrees weather.
It cooled a bit during the night but still uncomfortable for a family of 4.
The second bed (extra bed for 2 children) had a bed linen for single bed .... quite small for 2 people. This is such a little detail that could be easily avoided.

The room was spacious and tastefully designed: (loved) the modern four-poster bed with the gorgeous antique armoire. A couch and side table provided plenty of space to lounge and the beautiful bathroom made showing after a very hot day walking around Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius a pleasure. We enjoyed breakfast at Da Vivo, and the proximity to Pompeii entrance was terrific! We really enjoyed our stay, and it made getting to and through the ruins first thing in the morning a lot less stressful than driving down and back to Naples in the same day.
The air conditioner barely functioned and the room never completely cooled down. We were only there for 1 night, and I'm sure if we had stayed there longer it would have been fixed.

Very modern and upgraded to perfection. Comfortable foam mattress and crisp linens. Hot water pot in the room with coffee and tea. Breakfast provided at the wonderful cafe downstairs. Close walking to Pompeii ruins. Safe car park for €20 just a few meters away to walk to. Very thought out accommodation.
There are stairs if that’s a problem. It wasn’t for us.

The place was nicely located in Pompei. The room was clean and spacious - perfect for a couple. There was also a beautiful view to Vesuvius from our balcony. I really appreciate how helpful and reliable the host was!
The walls are quite thin so you can hear noise from the other rooms. However, we slept with earplugs so it didn’t bother us.

This property is lovely and a quick 20 minute walk to the ruins. The room is modern. The bed super comfy. The host is very responsive. We knew we would be arriving much earlier than the check-in time and our host arranged for someone to be there to take our luggage so we could continue on to the ruins. Cute private veranda too. The property is up two easy flights of stairs - no elevator. Lovely open air common area behind the glass door entry too. Well marked entrance. There is a wonderful bakery/gelato shop below and you will be given a voucher for a cappuccino/pastry for breakfast. I would highly recommend this property if you are spending a night in Pompeii. It’s on a main street and we spent our evening strolling the area. Very safe.

location, nicely appointed room., great communication with staff
too many steps to lug our suitcases.
4.3
Room was clean and very truth with the pictures at Booking. Location is very good, walking distance from restaurants and the Pompei Archeological park.
Parking the car is quite expensive at $20/day in the small playpark field nearby.
4.3
Spacious room, nice breakfast in coffeeshop, good location
No lift/elevator

Casa Pacifico is very close to the "side" entrance of the Pompei ruins. It was perfect for us on a really rainy day - we walked about 2 minutes down the street, went into the entrance of the ruins, and checked our bags (for free) while we walked around. While the hosts recommended three restaurants that looked absolutely amazing, they were a little fancy for us and the clothes we packed :) so we just went to Zi Caterina, which is just steps away from Casa Pacifico, and had a great meal with our kids.
The hot water for the showers ran out quickly - after one person took a shower, there was no hot water for the other four of us.

Nice breakfast
Needed more pillows

We had the family room and it was a perfectly adequate size for us. The beds were very comfortable! the location was perfect for exploring Pompeii and the coffee and bun from the bakery downstairs was the perfect quick breakfast to start the day. The room was clean and just as expected! It was also very quiet on the second floor. Self-check-in was easy and staff was very responsive via Whatsapp.
Booking is very clear this apartment does not have an elevator, you do have to carry your bags up 2 full flights of stairs- not a problem for us, but I could see it as a difficulty for younger families or those with mobility concerns.

Nice location near the center of town and archeological site. Water and wine provided by hosts was very nice.
Little communication from hosts likely due to language barrier. Stains on linens. Heat did not work.

great sized room, nice outdoor balcony area to relax, the bathroom was great and felt like a spa with the lighting settings. The shower itself was in itself great and nice and spacious.
nothing really. the apartment is basic and essentially a room and an en suite but that was fine for us.
4.3
The apartment was exceptionally clean. Great place in almost the center of Pompeii. And an amazing patio to relax.
4.3
First we thought it was poor, only one drink and one pastry, but the pastry and the coffee was out of this world, so so worth it. My husband wanted a sandwich so he had to pay extra.
a lift, it was a bit of a hassle to carry our bags to the second floor
4.3
What was great that all restaurants and cafes on your door step, yet we have little patio to seat and enjoy our coffee:)
very busy road was hard to follow sleep with open window

location was perfect and so clean

We missed the check in time and found a note with instructions when we arrived.
The location is AMAZING! Right next to the entrance of the Pompeii Ruins and lots of great options for food.
Side note, there are a couple flights of steps to the entrance too pack accordingly.
My mom and I stayed for one night but look forward to returning again soon.
Thanks!

Exceptionally clean and really comfortable. The rooms are large with seating and large beds. There are fridges and a safe in each room.
Felippo and Stephania are very helpful and will give you suggestions for restaurants or things to do and in our case, were really helpful in suggesting a local contact for a private taxi transfer.
The rooms are on the second floor and are like mini apartments. Fridge is stocked with water and a bottle of wine and there is a tea/coffee and kettle point.
Tip... Pompeii doesn't really do milk with hot drinks so you will need to be prepared to purchase milk before you arrive. The main supermarket is a 20 minute walk away.
You are in the thick of things at this spot so it will not be quiet and you do need to be aware of that but to be honest, if you stay here for the Pompei site, you are going to be way too tired to care a about noise.
Room 204 has an amazing shower, sofa-bed and balcony.
Room 203 as a balcony and a private veranda and a bathroom with a large bath with shower over.
The rooms are cleaned each day and they are spotless.
There is a huge amount of storage available and all have air conditioning.
You receive a voucher for breakfast in the patisserie cafe on the ground floor. This covers a coffee and brioche. We did not take advantage of this ourselves but used the cafe at a later time. The cafe is insanely busy at key points. The ice cream is amazing.
Tip.. you choose what you want, go to the till to pay for your choice and return to the counter with your receipt to get your purchase.
Nothing really to not like about this property. It was all positive for me.
There are 4 flights of marble stairs to climb which on day 1 with luggage is daunting but you do adjust to these.

Small Room was clean, tidy and well presented. Location can not be faulted. Communication was good.
Paper thin walls to other apartments. Heard neighbors bathroom routine. Showers and toilet flushing sounds extremely noisy. Smell of sewage serval times during the stay.
4.3
the location was great, very central. Close to train station. The room was stylish, good shower, comfortable bed, nice little outside area to enjoy the complementary wine
4.3
We booked Casa Pacifico for its close proximity to the south-east entrance to the Pompeii Scavi so, in that respect, it fully met our expectations.
The room (junior suite) was nice. The bathroom was modern and spacious.
We asked for a quiet room and we’re told we would be in room 202, “the quietest one”. We assumed this would be on the back of the property. However, our room (204) was on the front of the property on the busy, noisy main road, a situation made worse by being woken up by a barking dog on the adjacent balcony(!) at 6:30 a.m.
Breakfast! Be aware that the property - a B&B! - does not make breakfast. You get vouchers to go to a patisserie immediately below the property and all you are entitled to is one coffee and one brioche/pastry, possibly at a cost to the B&B owners of less than €1. That’s what they call an “Italian breakfast” as referred to on the property description. Not only did we find it inadequate - we ended up buying additional food to get us through the morning - but the patisserie is very busy, noisy and chaotic. Not a good way to start the day and we were really unimpressed with this arrangement. On our second morning, we had to wait for 1/2-hour for our coffee to arrive.
The property description does say there is no elevator. But know, also, that the rooms for the B&B are on the 2nd floor, up c. 50 steps. Just bear that in mind if you have heavy luggage!

It was the best B&B experience in my life. Smallest details, comfy beds, fantastic location, perfect windows, B&B style - you made my hols. Thank you so much.

I liked the overall room size and the walk in shower, although shower head was just a trickle in end!
Great view of Vesuvius and could see the Roman walls of Pompeii!
Sun terrace

Amazing and large rooms, beautifully decorated and spacious. Close to city attractions and ruins of Pompei, close to the parking. The owner left for us a bottle of wine, tea/coffee and New Testament. The outdoor area is amazing and was so appreciated during our stay as the weather was fabulous. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if in the area. Beautiful view of Vesuvius.

everything, very nice rooms
