Stefano is the nicest host we have ever met. He drove us to and from the station and Pompeii which would have been a terrible walk in the heat. Property was correct for the price point.

Great place, especially for the price of the room. Clean and warm (stayed in March). It is out of the city, but if you go by car, there is no problems to get around. Stefano is amazing! Easy to communicate, super helpful and has a parking spot in the city that we could use to visit the scavi. Thanks for everything Stefano!

Not a complain, just a heads up, the water boiler is small, so you need to control the shower time, but that is normal almost everywhere in Europe :)

Would recommend especially for travellers with a car

Room was nice and clean. We were welcomed and offered free parking not only on premises but also in city center the next day while visiting ruins of old city. Smooth check in with great host. Would recommend especially for travellers with a car.

Amazing service

As other people have said, if I could rate it higher I would. Free parking at hotel and near Pompei. Great pizza place around the corner. Really can't fault it at all. Would expect to have to pay double to receive this service.

the room is big and very nice. the host came to get us at the bus station for free and he brought us back on our leaving day at the train station for free. it was very kind. the location is far from the center but very quiet and the place is very beautiful, there is a nice garden. it is a really nice place to relax and to enjoy the stay. the host is really nice with his guests.

Best hotel we found in Italy

The host was exceptionally helpful and lovely. Although the place is a little out of town he came and picked us up as well as dropping us back at the train station the next morning. The place is beautiful and quiet but with a restaurant just down the road. It was so nice we extended our stay an extra night.

Ametrano is a great host. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The relation quality-price is perfect. There are some restaurants close to the ByB and also the ByB offer you the possibility of taking the dinner with them. I recommend this ByB, I will come back again.

The breakfast is not included with booking, take into account it. Anyway the breakfast is 5€, cheap from my point of view. The dinner is a bit expensive, 20€.

Nice, clean accommodation. The quadruple room was a very good size. The beds were ok. Located outside the town, but there is a very good restaurant-pizzeria (Ristorante Zi Michele) nearby. The owner of the accommodation was there to welcome us, very caring and responsive to special requests :) A big bottle of cold water was waiting in the fridge and my boys got a new Pepsi refill.

The host was very amicable and helpful. He picked us up from the town and later helped us get to the train station. The place was exactly what we hoped for - a bit away from the town. The room was nice and clean, and there was a huge garden for relaxing. We also highly recommend the restaurant just around the corner, The Ristorante Zi Michele. The atmosphere, food and service there were excellent.

Enjoyed a fresh, spacy & green location

It is a fresh, clean location. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. The Hosts are kind. Dont hesitate to ask if you have a question. We did and they helped us. The Villa is outside the overtraffic center. So you'll find a quite green garden with space for parking and also some garden furniture to relax in the sun. Don't worry you reach all sightseeing locations within minutes. It's so good it was always ob my mind if i travel to Pompeji.

We stayed here early September to visit Pompeii. We had a small room, but you can make use of the big garden in front. There is free parking at the accomodation and the host arranged also free parking in the centre of Pompeii, so that you only have to walk 1 kilometer to Pompeii. Really nice host. Everything was clean. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect choice

The host, Stefano, was very hospitable and attentive to our needs. The personnel was helpful and friendly. The place was absolutely amazing in terms of the atmosphere and comfort. It is surely suitable for a lovely dinner in the garden with Vesuvius silhouette in the background. Great experience.

The Wi-Fi signal could have been stronger, but it seems like it is a generic issue in Italian hotels.

A very pleasant atmosphere, even though it is somewhat in the middle of nowhere. Very friendly people, ample free parking (also in Pompei itself). A very good and very reasonably priced restaurant is within walking distance, but since we rented the studio we also had a kitchenette available.

The kitchenette could use a couple more new pots and pans, but that's a minor quibble.

Great memory of Italy

Excellent place to stay for a few days, travelling by car. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, some have terrace or balcony. The host Stefano and his family turned our stay into a great memory of Italy. Thank you for the Limoncello and Melonchello)

Perfect location for visiting Pompeii and surroundings when coming by car

We had a pleasant stay, the owner was very helpful und attentive. Wifi was working great from our room. The breakfast was really plenty and a perfect start into the day, also at a great price. The possibility to use both parking at the location and in the city was great.

Other guests using the vending machine at night was a bit noisy.

Superb

The location is perfect to visit pompeii. The owners even offers you to park your car at their private house for free. ( 500 m walk from main entrance ) Location is clean and the rooms are big. Some tables en chairs in their garden, so you can sit back and relax after visiting pompeii. We had a baby with us, and that was no problem at all. Very friendly people.
