Warm welcome in well appointed home

Beautiful, clean, well appointed room in host's home with sole use of private bathroom along the corridor. Received a warm welcome from friendly, attentive, lively host. Good continental breakfast, with gluten free options provided on request.

The host was nice and the room was clean

Maybe it was our error to select this place. It is actually a bedroom in a house. The private bathroom is external to the room. Very remote location (15 km to nearest restaurant).

Ellie was a fantastic host , Bed was super comfortable after a long day. Got in late and Ellie made me a cup of soup, as I hadn't had dinner yet, which was really kind . Would stay there again if I was in the area

Peaceful, elegant, friendly host

Ellie is a superb host with a beautiful property and a lot of local knowledge. The place was peaceful and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for us: very near the bird centre and the hot pools. Hard to beat. Thank you!

Hostess was very thoughtful and obliging. The king bed was fabulous. Bathroom was clean and very well appointed.

Late check in. Earliest option was 4.30 - 5pm. Ideally we would have liked something earlier.

Exceptional accommodation in the Miranda area - the homestead is right on the Hauraki Cycle Trail

Ellie was a very kind, helpful hostess. The breakfast was exceptional. My pal and I stayed here during our cycle ride along the Hauraki Rail Trail

Peaceful, nourishing and relaxing homestead stay

This is a beautiful homely homestead set in the countryside surrounded by peace and tranquility. It was a truly nourishing experience as Ellie is such a generous and charming host who prepared the most delicious breakfast for us! The bedding and linen was outstanding, it was the best sleep we have had in months!
