Not Clean Shower

Best part was location and restaurants near by.

Breakfast was only coffee/ juice and a croissant. Bathroom, particularly shower were not clean at all. We had the red room. One bathroom shower door was not closing resulting in water leaking/flooding the whole bathroom while taking shower.

Ótima localização, vista deslumbrante, perto do cais da Piazza Concordia

o quarto é pequeno demais , banheiro estreito pelo preço que se paga. Sem amenities, apenas um Shampoo mil e uma coisa, falta uma cafeteira e alguns petiscos ! Café da manhã incluso simples .

Außergewöhnliche Zimmer - TOP Blick auf's Meer und sehr sauber!!

Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Nacht für die Durchreise gebucht. Dafür war es für uns perfekt. Das Auto konnten wir direkt auf dem gegenüberliegenden Parkplatz parken - allerdings waren die Kosten für eine Nacht (16 Stunden) mit 34 Euro recht hoch. Aber uns war es wichtig das voll gepackte Auto im "Blick" zu haben. Was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten, war das direkt unter der Einrichtung liegende "Schnellrestaurant/Streetfood". Das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und mit frischen Zutaten. Uns gegenüber war man freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das daneben liegende Kaffee/Bar bietet viele süße und sehr leckere Kleinigkeiten. Dort erhält man auch seinen Schlüssel bei Ankunft. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir TOP!!

Der Check-In war mit einer extra herunterzuladenden App recht aufwendig. Das kleine italienische Frühstück erhält man in der unter der Einrichtung liegenden Bar. Allerdings war man bei uns wenig freundlich und wenig hilfsbereit.

Posizione centralissima, panorama fantastico

Una sola bottiglietta d acqua per due persone, nessun bicchiere Al mattino il cameriere ha chiesto il pagamento della colazione ,ho dovuto insistere sul pagamento già effettuato unitamente alla prenotazione,non convinto ci ha fornito 2 cornetti e 1 caffè, successivamente ho chiarito la questione con il titolare in presenza del cameriere,avevo ragione,ma le scuse dovute non presentate...

Достался номер с замечательным видом на море! Удобная онлайн регистрация. Есть чайник с принадлежностями, сейф, удобные кровати. Ежедневная уборка, очень чисто! Первая линия на море, сразу с выходом к порту, от которого ходят катера в другие города побережья. Завтрак внизу в баре: кофе и круассан, все вкусное

Музыка с улицы до первого часа ночи. Неудачная конструкция душевой кабины - после душа много воды на полу ванной

Great stay.

This was a nice property. It is right above a restaurant and across from the port. Such a great location. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.

It was a bit loud in the evening because of the location but I would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location. Waking up to that beautiful view. Close to all public transportation. And great eateries just down stairs.

No Hygiene at all !

The location is perfect Close about 2 mins walking to Salerno Station and to Salerno main street The staff is really nice, welcoming, and helpful Bed and pillows really comfortable, the interior design is modern

The cleanliness is a disaster, You can see a photo showing the dust on the coffee cups and kettle that could sum up the hygiene of this location You can recognize the stench once you step in the entrance of the building When we checked-in the room, the trash in the bin wasn’t removed Water leaking from the shower cabin

The worst experience

The location

The staff was so rude, they couldn’t speak English, they talk in an aggressive way, there was no reception just dealing with the bar staff, we requested an early check in and although we did the online checkin and was confirmed by their side they refused to let us in the room before the check in time, and it seemed that the room was ready as the cleaning lady said, they don’t have recordings for who paid what, we paid the city tax in the morning when we left our luggage and they asked us about it again while checking in, they don’t even communicate together, the room was not clean, they didn’t change the towels and the bar was pretty loud at night that we couldn’t sleep.

- although very simple and plain, breakfast was provided

- this is not really a hotel, they are a cafe and restaurant, but somehow also own a “hotel” above their restaurant - there were no towels provided in the bathroom, we needed to go down to the cafe and ask for them at the cafe ourselves, maybe housekeeping forgot. - there was a used shower pack left in the shower from the previous guest - the toilet buttons and mirror also didn’t seem to be cleaned well, there were stains and the buttons seem to be sticky for some reason - the blanket was merely a thin sheet which usually you would use it to separate the real blanket from the bed. there was a thick blanket in the closet, but we did not want to use it as we have no confidence about the cleanliness of it. overall there was inadequate bedding provided. - after we checked out, we wanted to store our luggages; the lady simply shook her head and said “ciao”…which was very rude and short, and clearly showed that they don’t care about their hotel guests at all. the ciao cut me off before I had a chance to reply. overall the service is quite lacking, it always feels like they’re doing you a favour when you are merely asking for basic necessities (towel, storage), you always feel like you’re disturbing them. - overall you get what you pay for, just be prepared that this place is cold and unwelcoming, and merely a place for you to get a sleep. you will also hear music and people talking since the place is above a restaurant which closes at 4am

proximity to the sea and the train station. room was clean, staff very friendly.

there is a bar below that plays loud music until 1:30 am and then people stay until 2:00-2:30 am talking and laughing loudly. If you are looking for an early night’s sleep, this is not the place for you. Breakfast is limited continental only.

it was clean and comfortable.

old building, breakfast was really poor, and the bar where breakfast was being served, was super loud at night, so we weren’t able to sleep. At the time of booking the description said “private parking”, which was not really the case, as we had to pay 20€ per day for it, so this was a bit misleading…
