Con una sola palabra excelente felicito a la dueña de la villa por un excelente servicio y amabilidad

Lo primero es darla la gracia a la propietaria de la villa la señora María por darme un servicio excelente la señora se preocupa de qué todo está en orden excelente comunicación que eso es lo primero la villa estaba muy confortable aparte de todo las joven de limpieza Fátima muy agradable y muy responsable en su trabajo la estadía fue genial el personal de la biblia muy atento y amable sin duda volvería mis vacaciones a pasarla en esa Villa

Mejor de ahi no creo que haya.

Algunas amenidades de la habitacion no tienen instrucciones claras y no se saben manipular por lo que hay que estar llamando por ayuda, como por ejemplo el jacuzzi.

We loved it🤗 and will love to stay there again!!

Everything! The location is the best since you are away from the noise of the traffic. The beach is at two minutes walking distance. The property was extraordinary! We were a family of seven and there is so much space in the property that we never struggle to use the bathroom because each bedroom have its own bathroom (definitely a plus +). Super comfortable and beautiful place; we didn’t want to leave. We strongly recommend this place, is worth every penny ! The location is perfect. The property is wonderful, and our experience there is unforgettable!!

Beautiful luxurious condo near the beach. Only 1 restaurant near by but worth it.

The condo was very spacious. It had everything you might need. The private hot tub was lovely.

It was a little further from town than expected but no problem with a car.

great stay in paradise

I really enjoyed my stay there. I had minor issues that were immediately solved by the owner. very quick to respond. customer service was a 10. I highly recommend this amazing place for family. I really felt like home.

Balcones review

Location and the apartment was very nice and spacious

2/5 days I had no electricity and water which caused a major inconvenience during my stay. For example, I had no way of washing and drying my towels for the beach or pool and all the food in the refrigerator was spoiled. In addition, the jacuzzi did not work those days with no electricity and I had to bath in it since I had no access to water. I was very upset that the owner was not able to provide any compensation for any of my issues.

Beautiful apartment and a very attentive host!

Amazing apartment just across the beach, very comfortable and beautifully decorated, in a safe gated community. The host was very attentive and responsive to our requirements. Outstanding value for money.

While this is by no means a responsibility of our host - who was amazing and very supportive at all times -, the community (Balcones del Atlántico) has racist and discriminatory policies in place, including not allowing babysitters to enter the community pools and facilities. Our family (and our nanny) found this to be very offensive, and we are not likely to go back because of this. Other than that - this is a beautiful and amazing place to stay.
