Impossibile dormire per il rumore continuo di notte.

Stanze grandi.

La struttura è davanti a una discoteca che non vi lascerà dormire per tutta la notte per il rumore terribile. Sotto alle finestre delle stanze c’è una strada trafficatissima di notte e il rumore è terribile. Motorini quad macchine musica gente che parla grida, la discoteca al lato. Dopo le 11 di sera non c’è nessuno dell’hotel e se degli ospiti ubriachi si mettono nelle piscine e sulle terrazze a parlare gridare e con la musica sarà ancora più impossibile riposare.

Overall my stay was good.

The room was great king size bedroom had a few problems but nothing big very nice kitchen free breakfast was limited beach was good and just across the street. Lots of places to eat.

Bath tub in the room also doors on patio did not lock toilet kept running when flushed.

....well.....OK...but not worth the price.....not even close.....

I will not come here again.... Unfortunately bad experience at this hotel ..... Very expensive to what they have to offer The hot tub at the balcony is not a jacuzzi, it is only a hot tub, and we were never able to use it, since the warm water was not enough to fill it up. For the price and the fact they advertice it as 5 star, I would recommend you to find another place to stay.

Well...We took the room with view on ocean and the jacuzzi on balcon......The jacuzzi was so dirty and old guys....I would not like to get there....I will share some picture with you that you can seee

Would Stay Again!

The location was magnificent. Close to restaurants and the beach.

The balcony tub was not usable. It was weather worn and looked dirty.

Vivir la experiencia sobre este Hotel Crucero

Superó toda expectativa. Grandes, cómodas y bellas habitaciones, full equipadas incluyendo utensilios de cocina. Tiene 2 piscinas, que aun cuando no son grandes, son perfectas para combinar con el mar, playas que se encuentran solo a unos metros. Todo el tiempo da la sensación de estar en un crucero. Todo muy estético. El sistema del desayuno muy práctico y con excelentes opciones, pese a que en algunas oportunidades se debe esperar un poquito por una mesa, pero en el restaurante ademas hay muy buen ambiente sobre todo a la hora del aperitivo.

Habitualmente era necesario mantener ventanas cerradas, por lo ruidoso del ambiente.

Very nice place for a short stay.

My second stay at Puerto Plaza and I love the boat concept. It has a very modern design, clean and fresh. We have everything close, on top of being a beach front property.

The jacuzzi in our apartment had a problem with the drain, but we forgot to report it.

Leuke ervaring, correcte prijs/ kwaliteit

Ontbijt wordt verzorgd in onderaanneming. Hartelijke bediening maar kwaliteit is matig. Lange wachttijd, beperkte kaart, niveau eten is gemiddeld.

Zoals gezegd is het ontbijt matig. Ligging van het hotel is goed, maar is gelegen in een uitgangsbuurt met heel veel muziek tot in de nacht.

good location, delicious food but very noisy, if you are coming to have party good, but not for rest

good location the staff was very kind and helpful parking was easy, every time there was an empty place the pool is really nice very big apartments well equipped clean breakfast is close to the room

the noise, we were there for 5 nights and there was no calm night from the 5. 2 nights we heard the neighbors in the middle of the night, who made strong noise 1 night the club next to the hotel had a very loud party till 3am 1 night a person cleaned or sprayed something with a very loud machine at 6am 1 night there was a loud group of the hotel guests and had party till 3-4am on the place of the breakfast no one could speak english, they marked they have english menu with QR code, there wasn't, the waitresses were not kind, there was no smile and they didn't try to communicate and help for us. they didn't understand the word "pay" "milk" etc.

Location , Service, Staff, Hygen , Cleaning , Breakfast , Jacuzzi , Mobile Key system exc.

Kids were using glass pool , i think that pool could be dangerous for the kids ..

Exceptional

I recommend the Puerto Plaza hotel which has an incredible concept and is in a great location. There are lots of shops, laundry, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and a disco nearby hotel. Very comfortable rooms, where nothing is missing and there are very clean. I really enjoyed serving breakfast which was fresh and tasty. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. Everybody's are ready to help. The receptionist Alex is very polite and can solve any problem in such a way that the stay at the hotel is very pleasant :)

Great place to stay and explore the area of Las Terrenaa

The location is fantastic. There is a lot of comfort in having your own little apartment. The bed was big and comfy. Staff is super sweet. A lot of parking.

Breakfast was great but a little limited. WiFi was spotty.

Comfortable but noisy

modern & spacious rooms with a well-equipped kitchen. there is a nice little pool and a pool bar- perfect for relaxing. A bizarre concept with the ship-shaped hotel, but very comfortable and quite stylish.

We stayed on Fri and Sat and couldn’t sleep well due to the noise from nearby bars. Breakfast wasn’t great and lacked options/flexibility. A bit pricey overall, but comfortable and good location.

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Safe area and has many beach location options. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Most definitely recommend this hotel to others. Free breakfast too!
