Large rooms and living space. Luxurious design, bedding, furnishings, facilities. Exceptional service by Giovani and Diego. Great location for food, shopping and sights. Would have stayed longer.
Stairs to the rooms. Would like a lift. Car service from train, airport.

Great little apartment that is close to the heart of Florence.

Great location and spacious functional little apartment.
A toaster would have been nice, but otherwise, very happy with facilities.

a unique and spacious apartment
bathroom and kitchen were small. very cramped to cook on the stove or wash dishes

The appartment has a quirky charm, lots of period detail, as in the whole building. The views from the top terrace were sensational, I would never tire of them. Really good location for the old part of Florence and handy for the city sightseeing stop. Staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. If I could live here I would! 😊
The shower looked great but only the overhead shower head worked, which meant the shower was a bit cramped, personally I would replace it with a simple shower cubicle if possible, however we are used to Italian plumbing so we were grateful that it did work and also smelt fine!
I would make the point, which wasn't clear on the details, that this is a top floor apartment, there is a lift, but also stairs to negotiate and many staircases within the apartment between all the different levels, this would be a problem for someone with mobility issues.
I would also like to see more railings on the staircase to the kitchen if possible as I couldn't go up there due to vertigo unfortunately. All that being said we loved this apartment!

This property is a historic palazzo and cannot be measured by usual standards. location was 5 mins from the ponte Vecchio . To have a vaulted painted ceiling in your kitchenette is pretty spectacular. Bed enormous, air con . 2 bathrooms wifi, lots of little extras and sell their own wine too.Staff were extremely helpful.
Nothing.

decent location
there was no toilet paper, the host was unresponsive and ignored our messages, quality of the bed and of the kitchen equipment wasn’t great. definitely not good enough for the price.

It was very comfortable and easy to find our way around. It was in a beautiful old building with a rich history. Grocery store and restaurants were close by. There was good information about restaurants and services.
No complaints!

It is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is located in an ideal location in Oltrarno, and the building itself is stunning. Everything is really quiet— you can’t even hear the students entering the building, since Stanford University has their overseas program on the 1st floor— and overall, I cannot recommend this place enough! Va bene!

Amazing atmospheric historical building and apartments, well organised interior and fully equipped with everything inside room and kitchen. Fantastic view and location in city center but in a silent street, walking distance to all important places. Absolutely amazing opportunity to feel yourself a citizen of old Florence not a tourist.

Quiet place. Exceptional location at the south bank of the river Arno. very close to Ponto Vecchio. You feel the comfortable sensation of being in an historical building. Apartment fully equipped as in home.
I would like to have the entrance/exit through the door of the river street. Much more beautiful.
