The place was very clean and well maintained.
The kitchen was fully functional.
Plenty of hot water for a nice shower
The fridge is was plenty big.
If you are trying to find the property via google maps it will give you the incorrect location
The emails that were given to me at first has the property marked as being lot 5.
(I will take 1/3 blame as I had the first set of directions with me at the time)
I informed the owner that the property details that are online need to be updated.
On our second night the house across the street was playing very loud music till 1;30am.
Our third afternoon there we arrived home to hear an engine running in one of the storage buildings till it was almost dark.
In regard's to the tv set top box, for tv stations you need to use HDMI 3, The instructions say its HDMI2.

Considering you are on an island with limited resources it was great and provided everything we needed

House suited our needs and was in a good location. Directions were easy to follow.
No issues at all. Would’ve liked to have been able to use washing machine at a later time but totally understand being on solar the reason for limited hours of use.

Location was secluded and private
The property is quite old. Which we expected. But it wasn’t clean and it really needs an overhaul, leaky toilet and shower

it served our purpose after spending most of the days out traveling with everything we required to make it comfortable; hot shower, comfortable bed, toilet and cooking facilities

location was close enough to town without being in town. quiet and easy to access. undercover deck and great beds.
dated and a few cockroaches around. ants too but this is living in Frazer I’m assuming :)
rooms were smaller then expected and no door on main bedroom, just a curtain that was super dusty.
bathroom drawers need a wipe out and cutlery tray in kitchen (we did it and washed all cutlery again.)
best for one family, would be super cramped with two.

Location is perfect for all the main sights. Lovely host, very helpful.
Ensuite wasn’t cleaned properly.

The price was good and was what we expected, great location for services, good place for our base camp, not far from the beach
The beds could do with new pillows and mattresses it was a little cold due to all being tiled but was expected at this time of year

The hosts are lovely and the location is great. The property is simple but good value for what you pay and just what we needed as a base for our first trip to Fraser.
Nothing, it’s simple and there are the normal things you get with being on an island (insects, salt spray etc) but nothing that bothered us and it is all part of the experience!
