Dirty and run down

Good size for extended family of six, and good location for the getting around the city.

Very dirty, had to bleach the bathrooms and kitchen before use. Sofa unusable due to springs sticking up, leaky sink, generally neglected but clearly a work in progress. Would not stay again or recommend.

Derry weekend

Fantastic stay this weekend, was with a group of girls, great location 10 mins walk from all the amenties ie shops ,cafes , pubs , we will definitely stay again . Absolutely lovely lovely lady who looks after the house , it was spotless 👌👌👌

A wee gem

The house was so central 5 mins from city centre, facilities were good we had everything we needed and fair play to Sean our host who let us keep our bags in the house till our lift came what a gentleman. I've booked again for my 60th birthday in January looking forward to it....

clean, spacious, 5minfrom city centre, friendly and contactable owner.cooking and bathroom facilities were fine, plenty of room on 3 floors recommended for families who dont need a hotel

on the end of a bit of a hill, but the whole city is quite hilly

Property was fantastic and spotlessly clean. it was very close to the city center(10 minute walk). Sean the host was very friendly and had left losts of information at the property.

There was nothing to dislike.

Bestest spot right around the corner from the walls of Derry. And a great pub overlooking the bogside between the house

Loads of rooms &.a nice area beside kitchen to have a cigarette

Nothing except having to ascend three lots of stairs to get to my bed after the pub!

we had a fantastic stay, the house was more than adequate for a girls weekend away, great value for money, location was

great location, spacious rooms, had everything we needed for a short stay, owner was very accommodating, all appliances in good working order, all cutlery and utensils provided & were clean, towels were provided, the showers were good, the beds were comfy, rooms all had smoke detectors, great stay! thanks very much.

kitchen was a little grubby, repairs needed in some of the bathrooms (like one of the drains in the shower didn’t drain properly, shower door was broken, extractor fan doesn’t work) broken drawer in freezer

Very spacious, clean , has everything you need, so much room for 8 adults , so close to centre was really within walking distance to everything . Found shaun so accomadating, have told my friends to book there .Will be back.
