The hotel is lovely, clean, accessible. The staff were all brilliant… cheerful, friendly and very helpful and efficient. The spa facilities were excellent and the treatments amazing! The location is great… walk across the bridge to access the city and also handy for the north coast.

The whole stay was fantastic! Bed was comfortable and finally a hotel with good not flat pillows. We've had small lunch in restaurant and it was really nice. Breakfast is definitely the best one I've had in a hotel, we've ordered eggs benedicts. We had a massage and used thermal suite and it was fabulous. It was was a very relaxing stay which was something we needed and we will be back, hopefully soon.

Lovely combination of old and modern. Interiors beautifully designed.

We loved the location of hotel and the decor and the staff were very friendly
We had to move room due to a gathering of noisy young girls in our adjoining room. They were quite loud. Also we found that our first room was freezing. There was a very large window and could hear drafts through the seals.

Breakfast was excellent, the 5 star ambiance was evident in every room and the spa. The bar was lively and the location a short walk from the city center helped too.
That my 12 year old daughter Tara could not use the spa. Actually despite all my praise above, I was quite disappointed with this, as I picked your hotel specifically for the spa as we needed to de-stress, and my daughter had to just stay in the room. It was not at all clear that this would be a problem when I booked, and frankly I was pretty annoyed, but I didn't show it to your staff, who wants to make trouble, not least my daughter. Maybe you've had experiences with noisy kids, then I understand, but the staff could clearly see my daughter was fare from a nuisance, so an exception at least would have been good.

Lovely rooms
Service in restaurant for lunch wasn’t very good, waited 20 minutes for order to be taken. Ordered a drink and had to ask where it was after 10 minutes of waiting

New hotel situated looking out for Peace Bridge. Lots of history around the hotel. Walking distance from city centre/shops. Made use of the Spa by getting a Back Massage & Facial.
Thermal suite was a little bit on the small side but it may have been due to the fact we went down at a busy time.

Everything from the moment we arrived to checkout.

Everything! It was tastefully decorated and superb quality of fixtures and fittings.
It would have been nice to see a little more of its history displayed.

Location was good and hotel was lovely
The breakfast was awful. i had sent the link to the hotel to my husband to book that included breakfast but he decided to up upgrade which was not worth the upgrade then when we arrived we were told breakfast wasn't included. Fair enough this was our fault but we decided to get room service breakfast which was disgusting. I requested an omelette which I act took a photograph of, I've never saw an omelette like it in my life. My husbands breakfast was cold and the bread was hard. The tea was thick and stewed and to top it all of it cost £44. I will be emailing the hotel directly. But this was not the experience I was expecting from The Ebrington.

This hotel is brand new and feels luxurious. The staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of guests. We stayed over Halloween, which is huge in Derry. It was great to stay on the side of the river opposite where the parade was. We were able to watch the fireworks from a hotel balcony.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Ebrington hotel. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. There is a spa in the hotel which was lovely to go to at the end of the day. Very close to Derry city and only takes 10 minutes walking to get to the centre. Staff very pleasant and helpful

Excellent check in service by Emma i think it was?
Got full tour of spa before using so we knew what everything was
We were celebrating a birthday and we’re given complimentary cakes and buns- it was a really nice gesture.
Rooms were absolutely spotless
Location couldn’t be better
Nothing- everything was perfect

Breakfast was excellent … great selection and quality of food. Evening meal also excellent … service at both was professional, quiet and friendly. On arrival greeted by friendly, nicely spoken and professional reception staff. Housekeeping staff were friendly and very efficient.
The lead from the hairdryer is too short and doesn’t allow you to use the mirror The spa was lovely but limited loungers. The shampoo, conditioner and soap in shower were lovely but it was impossible to tell which was which as they are in black bottles with writing printed in black … it was impossible to read. Went to use gym but smelt of sweat as soon as we opened the door.

Thought the charges for a late checkout are a bit high

Welcome when I checked in, was late at night and didn't feel very welcome.
It is ridiculous that parking is charged additionally for residents, regardless of duration.

The location was great and central. There was plenty of parking and easy to find. The staff were all lovely and ever so helpful from check in to ordering drinks and coffees in the bar and restaurant. The room was lovely, spacious and clean with everything I needed for a nights stay. I wish I had enough time to make use of the spa facilities.

Staff were lovely, we had lunch but not a varied menu. The hotel is beautiful and views were amazing
Getting a drink after 11-30 was a big problem.
The whole incident with the bad mannered manager
put a dampener on a few of our party’s stay

Clean, airy hotel with some nice design features. Rooms nice if a little small.
A lot of staff running around like headless chicken (some staff were great). Walked out of bar at lunchtime after being ignored for nearly 15 mins. There was only one other person at the bar and 3 staff!
Later on gave it another go and staff couldn’t have been nicer or friendlier.
Same story with check in.
Breakfast was all just a bit hap hazard, and not amazing if I’m honest.
Spa was small and very busy.

Good location. Decor was excellent
Air Con was not working in the room

The staff is absolutely amazing, always trying to help, so we’ll educated, smiling… I spend more than 189 days a year in nice hotels and this one is fantastic.
In the shower, it is hard to see the labels on the black shampoo/Condi/shower gel dispensers. At least with my not so young eyes…

Lovely finishes and location.
Our A/C had issues and was re-set about 5 times before it began working.
