Very friendly staff ready to help in any way you may wish. Nice location
With the changes in world climate hotel in this high level must have good air conditioning.

Stunning, design property, well situated. Friendly and helpful personnel. Exceptional breakfast.
No parking, but one can get transferred with hotel bus from public parking to the property.
I wouldn't have another meal at the restaurant. The rest is perfect.

Beautifully restored and decorated with lovely views of the region and a great staff dedicated to pleasing guests. A very small property that feels like you are a guest in a private castle. Both the property and the village are a perfect blend of old and new that leave you feeling as if you were transported to an experience that existed centuries ago but with all the modern amenities of today. Off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle of Zurich but still close enough to enjoy all that Zurich has to offer.
Off the beaten path if you are looking for lots to do and want to spend a good amount of time in Zurich proper.

It's an amazing beautiful place
I would give 1000 stars to the place, I they wouldn't do such a silly mistake. When we checked in we were offered a Glas of prosecco. Upon check our we had to pay 20 euro per 1 dl of that drink. I mean, I you want ppl to have a good feeling about your place its such a strange thing to do.

This was supposed to be our wedding anniversary weekend, I had told the hotel about this and naturally expected management to do something (even a simple note, flowers or glass of wine would have been nice) - absolutely nothing was organized.
Our room was very noisy (even after specifically requesting a quiet room). We were put facing the local church, with loud bells that go off every hour (1am, 2am, 3am). Impossible to sleep. When we complained to management, made it very clear that we had no sleep, and it’s not what we want during our wedding anniversary, we were told “there is nothing available for your room price”. Instead of saying “let us find any solution possible to make up for this”. We found the staff to be utterly rude and not considerate at all in general.
We have stayed many times at Relais Chateux hotel group across Europe. We were in another RC hotel just the weekend before in France.
When I wrote and email to RC complaints, stating I was a regular customer, I was offered absolutely nothing except an apology, and a pathetic 20% discount if I decided to stay again.
After the 1st night we checked out (was still charged for 1 glass of wine we had on the terrace despite being led to believe this was a “welcome drink”.
It’s good to know how RC treat valuable guests.... you would have assumed during these harsh times, hotels would do anything to keep loyal customers. we will not be staying in any of the RC hotels again.
Do not stay here if you want good service, a good nights sleep, and understanding staff!!

Terrorists and the view. Quietness. Great Food (Gourmet, 15 Gaut Millau). Quite expensive dough.
There’s no air condition in any of their rooms which makes it especially difficult to be comforted during warm and hot days. For example the junior suit, which is directly under the roof.
