You get what you paid for. Airbnb style apartment that might be suitable for uni students who come in big group. Next ti

Accommodation is near tram and train station. Kitchen and bathroom was clean, wifi worked and the heating was functioning.

The entrance hall to this building is absolutely disgusting and sketchy. Dirty and stained rug, floor and walls. Elevator was filthy and smelly. The apartment is better but nothing great. The floors were dirty, do not walk there barefoot or in socks. The light in the apartment hall did not function properly. Kitchen did not have enough utensils: no small spoons, one small plate, one bad knife for cutting. Furnishing was basic, which is fine but the bed linens were paper thin. Not great for winter, at least the heating worked.

Localization was perfect. Very much nearby S station, with which we could easily get to our destination. Beds were comfortable. The price was really reasonable. Overall good.

It was difficult for us to find on the webpage, that the apartament had shared spaces such as corridor, kitchen and bathroom. So we did not notice it and it was a little bit frustrating at first. A bit too few kitchen supplies. Water in bathroom was hard to regulate. Usually either too hot or too cold.

Whenever I called the hotel they always gave me the solution, and always attended to the phone, and answered urgently. I can recommend this place to anyone.

Very good

The apartment was shared, but there was no disturbance. The bathroom and the kitchen was really clean and all the required equipments were present. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The room I booked had two double beds (so basically for four people). The location was great and had everything nearby, from a bar, a bakery, a grocery store. The station Traisengasse was also very near. The host is also very responsive.

One of the extra blankets were not clean and had bundles of hair in it, but since we wanted it at our last night, there was no point contacting the host. The wifi stopped working at the middle of the night. We contacted the host the last day about it, but since the router was at the other room, we didn't want to disturb the other guests.

It was nice.

Room was big enough. We had wifi. Due to the code interface at main enterance and seperate room keys we were able to get in to our apartment whenever we want. There are couple of bakeries and supermarkets nearby.

It's little bit away from the city center (It was close to the metro station though). There are one bathroom, one kitchen and one toilet. In the next room there were 4 people staying (total 6 in the apartment with us) so sometimes we had to wait little bit to use shower, toilet etc. (However rooms are isolated and other guests can't see you expect for common areas.)

Everything. Good price and very large apartment room. Good kitchen and comfortable bathroom related to price. Hope to be there again in my next trip to Vienna.

The washing machine/dryer was working 6 hours after we checked in with stuff from previous guests.

It was nice to find coffee on the house.

The person from reception actually scolded us when we called a second time: first time was about parking, second time I wanted to see if I can check in earlier. He said no, but instead left us with the task of getting out of the washing machine dryer the sheets from the previous guests. The washing machine finished at 9pm. Not so great customer service guys.

the room was clean and comfortable. location is good. it's not the centre but it's close to the metro and bus station wherefrom is easy to move around the city. facilities, price, cleaners and comfort. just a great and cheap alternative.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

Disappointing

Fast response from host. Answered any question even come with agreement on end. I wanted to leave early. From that side it was ok.

It was to noisy, when someone is walking you can feel vibrations when sitting on sofa. You can hear everything, it's not pleasant. Bed is not comfy at all. Your stay will depend on your neighbours.

It was easy to check in/out. Pretty clean. Good value for money

The towels were tiny and we were only given 1 bathmat which we had to share with another group. The fridge had old food in it and we couldn’t use the washing machine.

Wonderful stay!

- Clean environment and equipped with supplies. - Spacious. - Good location: nearby lots of public transport to get you wherever you need to go. - Kitchen was nice with the essential equipment. - Washing machine/dryer, iron and drying rack. - Bathroom was very clean and maintained. - Value for money. - Host communicated well and was friendly.

- If I had to be very critical, I would say that the sofa bed is not the comfiest. However, people can definitely make it work and it did not negatively affect our stay that much.
