beautiful surroundings, very clean and well kept up
Too remote unless you have a car. No restaurants or shops close by and no food provided.

The house was absolutely lovely and the view was sublime. We also loved the neighbor's cat.

it was very relaxing with a great view of the coastline.
the bed sheets were lined with plastic.. which was uncomfortable to sleep on and quite hot.

Very neat and tidy
The fragrance sticks were very strong, I know a lot of people use these, but I had to put them outside because the smell was powerful.

Amazing views over the sea and the forest behind the house, especially from the bench up on the rocks that one can clamber up to from next to the house. Lovely to have the kitchen in a building separate from the main house, and a seating & eating area in front. There is another living room downstairs in the main house but as there were only 4 of us we didn't use this. Very useful also to have three bathrooms in total. Excellent provision of kitchen equipment and basic cooking ingredients (oil, vinegar, tea etc). With the terrace being west-facing, the sunsets were a delight. Key handover was very easy - we'd missed a message but then phoned after arrival and the hosts were there within 5 minutes or so.
The drive up from the main road is not for the faint-hearted - it's steep all the way, and the last 100 or so metres are both steep and narrow between old houses. We had a VW Golf Estate and I wouldn't have wanted to attempt the drive up in anything bigger. - There is a local beach but it's very small so for a swim you'll have to drive either south (towards La Guardia) or north (Baiona) for about 15-20 minutes. - It's worth bearing in mind that there is no WiFi; in our case this was ok as mobile signal on our network was good so we used a smartphone as a hotspot. - After we'd left the host sent us a WhatsApp pointing out how important good reviews were to them: I'm generally happy to leave a review, but I think it's poor practice to push people to do so as it biases the results.
