Breakfast really good,nice staff !!

Great location. Very pleasant staff.
We had budget room in other building near the main. The room very quite with atmospheric half-arhc window.
Important pro on summer - room do not requare holding card for electricity. It means that you can turn on conditioner fo whole day and after hotty walking on the city you are immersed in the pleasant coolness of the room.
Other pro is the location near station Batthyány tér, the first station on the line H5, which leads us to Sziget island. If you planning to visit Sziget Festival I strongly recommend this plase to live. Only 30 min and you on the concert without any taxies.
Of course, this is also a great plase to visit sighteens of Buda side (maybe one of the best). And there is a beautiful breakfast, which deserve special praise.

great breakfest, the rooms were great.

Great breakfast and location.

This is the cheaper part of the Boutique Hotel Victoria but it was perfectly fine for my 3 nights as a solo traveller in Budapest. If I came back with my wife I'd probably pay a bit more for 1 of the nicer rooms. The breakfast area and bar of the main hotel are still used by the budget part and these are all very smart.
Breakfast itself was excellent with a very large choice. Eggs, bacon, omelettes etc were cooked to order and very nicely done.
The location right on the Danube is excellent and fantastic for exploring all the main attractions on the Buda side of the river as well as a great view of the spectacular parliament building. The nearest metro station is less than 10 minutes walk away along the river and very easy to use.
The only slight disappointment was that you had to walk through a dirty looking courtyard to get to the cheaper rooms from the main hotel, but seriously it took all of about 10 seconds.

The staff were so helpful and breakfast was really good. The hotel was in a good location on the Buda side of the river, very convenient for sight seeing.

very clean rooms. Great water pressure. Small bathroom. But no big deal. It was close to everything in Castle area. Breakfast was outstanding, and that was included. Everybody was friendly and helpful.
there was anything I didn’t like

Friendly as soon as arrived. Lovely clean room

the staff was very friendly, even when we checked out 2 houres too late. the location was very close to the metro station. in addition to that, the hotel had a very beautiful view to the donau and the parlament building.
the fridge wasnt clean an still had some food in it from previous guests. the fridge smelled like if the food was already alive.
the pictures from the rooms in the internet looked amazing. sadly we didnt get a room with a view to the donau. it was also a bit unconfortable that our room was in the ither part of the building structure. we have always had to open the 4 doors until we have been in our room.
the breakfast was good. but in my opinion it could be a bit more varied.

The hotel was located in a very quiet part of Budapest, it was clean, warm and comfortable. The room was quite small, but there is nothing missing, starting from the tea kettle to sewing kit. The room was clean and the service changed the towels everyday. The staff was very kind and helpful, the lady working in the breakfast room was always smiling and serving in a perfect way to everyone around. We really had some doubts about the hotel locatin because of the chain bridge being under construction but there is a metro and bus station close to the hotel. There are plenty of options to have lunch ar dinner near the hotel, restaurants nearby serve traditional hungarian dishes so its also a plus.We really enjoyed our stay.
The tables for two persons at the breakfast room were very small.

Good breakfast, clean room, good location, close to public transport stations.
very small room

The location is excellent with efficient and plentiful metro and tram services close by providing links to other places of interest and shopping areas. The hotel itself is right opposite The River Danube with stunning views of The Parliament Building.
The reception staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The woman and man serving the breakfasts were especially kind and thoughful providing plentiful vegan alternatives at breakfast when they found out that my husband and I are vegan.
All in all, I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel for their excellent service, cleanliness, friendly manners and comfortable beds.
Extremely good value for money. You are bound to enjoy your stay here.
Nothing.

Good location. We had to leave in the wee hours, so they packed a bit of breakfast for us. Nice and thoughtful.
No elevator on the budget side meant getting to the room with luggage was difficult, and very difficult for my wife with a replaced knee.

Very Warm & helpful staff.
Great breakfast.
Amazing location - it has a clear view of the parliament and Castle District is right behind it.
Room - The hotel is split into a boutique hotel & a budget hotel. Except for the room (and its approach), I found the other things identical.
I stayed in a budget room and it was absolutely fine. Very clean, comfortable bed, toiletries included, had a safe. The view is of the back road from a budget room, so in case you would like to see the Danube, Chain Bridge and the Parliament, please consider one of their Boutique rooms.

Location, good bed, breakfast, quiet area, room cleaning, friendly and smiling staff who speak english.
Everything was super, so nothing to don’t like.

Lovely and clean, a great comfortable bed, staff were lovely and friendly and the checking in and out process was super easy.
Nothing, we had a lovely stay! Just not for long due to an early flight!

We were in Budapest for 4 nights for Sziget and the
hotel was in a great location for a direct train to the
festival. the room was quiet and had a very
comfortable bed.
nothing

The location was perfect. By the river and just a few meters from the Metro station. the room was clean.
The room (at the Budget Victoria) was small and almost on the sidewalk. Just a couple of meters up from the pavement.
The big issue was that we could not open the window. it was designed this way. And i cant say it was cheap, as we paid 62 euros per day, no breakfast included.

The hotel is near the Danube. We didn't book a room with view to the Danube, but I imagine it's great, especially at night. The breakfast was tasty and diverse, the personnel was very accomodating. Places to eat nearby.
Nothing to do with the hotel - I booked a room heere also because it is located near the bridge, but unfortunately the bridge was under construction. :)

This is an excellent location. Walk up to Castle Hill, walk over to Pest (once the Chain Bridge works are finished), walk along the Danube, pop over to the shops in Batthyány tér, take the metro from there, pick up a coffee at one of the nearby places in Fő utca or Batthyány tér (or the friendly receptionists downstairs in your hotel). An excellent base for visiting Budapest. I stayed in one of the motel rooms, which overlook busy Fő utca, but the soundproofing is so good that the traffic noise was just a barely perceptible hum. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom has everything you need, a safe is provided for your valuables, the lighting is practical (bedside lights, ceiling lights), the heating/aircon has a control panel that even I can understand.
This stretched my budget a bit.
4.5
Everything was just great. Especially the location of the hotel and the kindness of staff were wonderful.
There was not anything that I did not like. I definetely would think about visiting Budapest again and it would be great if I can find a room or more (for my family members, friends) in your hotel when I decide to come.

Close to metro/bus station, restaurant and bar around. Nice front view to the river and rare mountain.
Window can't be opened on the 1st floor
