It was so so tranquil and peaceful. The surroundings were stunning and the views just gorgeous. Such a quaint little place in the middle of nowhere.
Nothing.

A super spacious room set in the most tranquil gardens. A short walk takes you to a range of eateries. A short drive takes to you on of the most spectacular beaches, and home to incredible sunsets. Easy in, easy out, an all-round welcoming stay.
I can't find any faults, as they have gone pout of their e=way to make it special. You can't beat this for value for money anywhere in the area.

The Staff was very friendly, they welcomed us and carried our bags to the room.
The bed was very uncomfortable as it was lopsided (definitely an old bed), the bathroom door was broken. We didn't get placed into the room that was booked. Every single room had burglar bars except ours so we had to sleep with the windows closed and it was a VERY HOT evening (The area is known for baboons/monkeys but also knowing your the only room without bars is unsafe as we do live in South Africa ). The putting green was dilapidated (Husband even brought his own putter only to be disappointed). The room opposite us had two guys playing Playstation all night till 3am and it was loud and unpleasant.

Absolutely nothing to fault about this place..

The location.
We were treated terribly. Awful experience.
Moldy rooms and unavailable facilities.
We paid up front in full, and when we were refunded (due to the guest house double booking our room), they did not refund us in full - and kept our money.
All round terrible. Avoid this guest house.

The staff are super friendly.
The previously advertised pool / snoomerbtable was not available as the bar has not relieved its license.
The aircon only works if you pay an aditonal R200. No fans in the room . No mosquito spray or deterents.
Saying the above, we had a good stay there.
There are a few restaurants not more than 200m away. The beer tap room close by is realy good.
The golf course is a tad more than 3km away though.

The view from the room is exceptional! Very quiet and such an easy walk to the beach. The swimming pool was convenient and nice and clean.
The stairs to the room were a bit steep and it was a bit of a climb up, but it was worth it once we got to the room itself.

The shower was full of mould and the water was cold on Sunday morning.
The curtains did not really block out the light

Fantastic location, and the rooms are large and comfortable and very well kitted out. The kitchenette was very well-equipped. Very large and comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly. Good wifi. We got a free upgrade as well due to a geyser problem in the room we'd originally booked.
We loved that we could walk everywhere we wanted as it was so well located.
The cups and glasses had lipstick and other food marks on them. There was some dirt on the couches - big obvious pieces that could be brushed off. The pillows were very flat - I woke up with a sore neck on the last day.
The staff started sweeping the office at 7:30 on Saturday morning and we were woken up by the sound of sweeping and the broom repetitively knocking against the walls - could be helped by educating the staff to be careful of making a noise first thing on a weekend when people who have come for a weekend of relaxation might want to sleep in a little.
The TV didn't work. The one morning we didn't have any hot water as the staff had forgotten to turn our geyser on. The living room lamp bulb had gone and we asked for it to be replaced but it wasn't - the overhead lights were working but very bright, i.e. not the best romantic lighting for the evening, which is why we were keen on the lamp working.
However - still good value and a great location.

Lovely spacious rooms. Loved the fact that the 2 rooms were linked as we were staying with our adult kids and could thus spend maximum time together. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance from good restaurants and the beach. Easy, painless check in by a very enthusiastic little lady Irene. All in all excellent value for money.

Comfortable bed. Power during loadshedding.
The pool table and fooze ball aswell as bar was not available. I chose the property based on the photos on the website and was dissapointed in that.

I needed to check in earlier to attend a party and the staff made effort to have me check in earlier than their usual check in time. They were ready and greeted me when I parked my car.

Good location near restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Clean and neat - not ultra luxury but simple and perfect as is.

the location was situated very close to the beach and the set up with the patio leading out from the room was quite wonderful
there no lights on the patio/deck or way to heat up the room and tha bar facilities were not operational

Unfortunately I was not aware we could book breakfast during the booking and apparently, upon arrival, when I asked, it had to be pre-booked so we could not eat at the venue.
I think perhaps if it was Winter, and colder, there should be an extra blanket or duvet as it will be cold there otherwise, with the bedding that we had. We were disappointed that there was no DSTV as the selection available is VERY limited to local content only. This was ok for us on the night but I think if should most definitely be included and an option.
