Localização e comodidades ao redor

Toalhas de banho em pessimo estado, transparente de tanto uso. Falta do controle de ar condicionado. Falta informação de como se comunicar com as áreas do hotel no quarto. Dispensar de shampoo não funciona. …….

A localização. O fato de ter o shopping vogue do lado ajuda muito

Ao entrar no check in, quarto não tinha toalhas e ar condicionado velho, em um dos dias vazou agua (pingos) na madrugada por possível falta na manutenção.

Uma porcaria de hotel. Não volto nunca mais!

Péssima experiência. Atendimento horrivel. não volto nunca mais. cobram $ 20 por um talher, prato, o que voce precisar da cozinha. pessoal da recepção e do restaurante (a noite principalmente) grossos e mal educados.

Banheiro sujo, com pelo de barba e a cabelo na pia e no chão.

Me colocaram num quarto enfrente a um bar de samba onde é música adentra o ambiente.

A localização do hotel é muito boa em relação às atrações da Barra e mesmo quanto às do próprio Shopping.

O preço da diária está muito alto, comparando com outros hotéis na Barra de padrão similar e até superior.

O Vogue sempre foi nossa escolha quando vamos ao Rio. Hoje único quesito bom é a localização e o café da manhã.

A qualidade da estadia caiu muito em relação às estadias anteriores. A limpeza e conservação dos quartos não está boa. Toalhas manchadas e furadas. Eu e meu marido sentimos muita coceira depois que entramos embaixo dos lençóis.

An ok stayed

The lobby was nice and the bedroom area was big enough, with plenty of space to walk around the room. Breakfast was amazing! The staff is really nice! definitely, a plus to be inside a mall with access to shopping and restaurants!

The building itself needs some maintenance and upgrades. Corridor rugs and elevator tiles look old, in my room, the baseboard was coming off, and the metal bathroom trash can was oxidized. The pool area was ok but the pool water looked so dirty. They got issues with my room number, and even someone came into my room because they assigned my room to somebody else, and in their computer, they had me with another room number, super weird!

The price that I paid for one night wasn’t fair for hotel with some higiene problems

Breakfast was good

My first room I found hair on the bathroom sink and the face mirror was broken left there too. I had to ask to change the room and I complained about it . Honestly I payed attention about cleanness and I observe many places without good higiene . I expected more because this a hotel in very good location with good name .

Well decorated room but definitely not worth the cost based on location, room view, amenities, etc.

The room was well decorated. Breakfast buffet was extensive but not the best type of food available. Room was at the end of a hallway with a view of a mall and not the outside.

The view from our room was terrible. Hard to get in and out of the hotel because its in a mall. Front desk service was extremely slow. The hotel couldn't process our payment beforehand while still in Canada and so on the day we arrived we had to travel to this hotel to pay although we weren't booked to stay there for a few days after our arrival.
