Tutto ok, appartamento per due adulti e basta

Pulizia e la presenza di lavatrice/asciugatrice e lavastoviglie

Il divano letto può ospitare solo una persona ed è molto scomodo, è un appartamento per 2, o al limite con l’aggiunta di un bambino piccolo da far dormire in culla

lovely host, clean, good location.

host was very friendly and flexible about check-in times, place was very clean and a good location, all the facilities were perfect

air-con wasn’t in the bedroom but it’s a small flat so we just kept the bedroom door open and it cooled down

Exceeded our expectations.

Hostess was very friendly, was there on time, helped us with the baggage, place was super clean. The facilities exceeded our expectations. beach towels and an umbrella to borrow were available.

There was a few stairs to get up to the place and was a bit narrow, but doable.

Owner is very kind Easy Parking, location is nice

Sofa bed is too much soft and for adults cant stand it. Kitchen chairs are not stable.

Probably one of the best places I have stayed in Italy and would not hesitate to recommend !

The area is very central to Lavagna so perfect location for shops, train, restaurants etc. For people that do not know Lavagna there are many areas to eat close by in the town or in the towns adjacent to it. The apartment itself was in superb condition and the hosts could not be more helpful and friendly with everything you would need to cook, wash or have a quick coffee. I will definitely stay again for a work or pleasure visit in the future. It's a 10/10 from me !!

Convenient location and a very helpful host.

Our host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment is modern with everything you need. Three of us stayed, so we used the sofa bed. I would say the apartment is absolutely perfect for a couple but maybe a little cramped for 3 people. The location is brilliant - you are a short walk from the train station, the beach and right in the middle of town. Lavagna is lovely and you have easy access to the other towns along this beautiful stretch of the coast because of the train station.

Exceptional

The appartement is very clean and cozy and has everything you need in it, just like home. The location is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the train station or harbour for easy access to Cinque Terre, Portofino or Genova, restaurants, shops and market almost just outside the building and the host is very nice and can help with easy and cheap parking not far from the appartement. Would definitely visit again.

Nice small apartment in city center

Very nice couple to host us, the apartment is well located behind the main square, 3 min from beach. Everything is provided (coffee, tea, washing machine, powder, even body milk :-)) and Beautiful city.

Stairs up to the apartment , so be careful with big luggages. (But not too much. )

Perfect! Strongly recommended.

Very friendly owner, they do their best in every mean. We were impressed with the presentation of the extra towels :)

Central location, but finding a parking spot was not always easy, altough I am the luckiest person on earth about that.
