Craftsman style bungalow on quiet, cobblestone streets in the beautiful Dixieland Historic District. Enjoy the neighborhood park, sip a latte at the Hillcrest Coffee Shop, enjoy the birds and wildlife of Lake Hunter or take a short walk to downtown Lakeland with it's many wonderful restaurants and entertainment venues. This home was excellent. We would stay again. Completely stocked with everything you would possibly need to prepare meals. Bathrooms were clean. Beds very comfortable with all the bedding you need. . Fireplace was a nice addition. Appliances we’re very nice. Great neighborhood. Easy short drive to downtown Lakeland restaurants and shopping.. also easy walk to two of the several lakes in the area. Easy drive to the Gulf if you want to go there.. Hostess was very attentive to our needs..

The property was perfect for my sister and I. The only issue we had was not knowing that there was no cable TV. Not a big deal since Hulu and Netflix were available but it would be nice if that was in the listing. Great location quiet and convenient. Laura was very responsive to our messages.

The home was more than I expected. Quaint, very clean, stocked to the max!!! I have rented many homes, and never have had such an “at home” experience. Beds were very comfy, shower pressure great. Front porch for morning coffee….perfect. Location excellent for parents visiting their students…..or grandies (as was our case). Don’t look any further……rent this charming bungalow. You will be happy!!

We totally enjoyed our time in this home in Lakeland visiting our grandson at Florida Southern. It was perfect for us to get to campus easily as well as being close to many places to eat and a cute coffee shop down the street. Laura is so helpful and has made this a museum of the era the home was built. It has all the amenities and was spotless and so cozy . It has a porch that is hard to leave tucked in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for a time with a good book. We hope to have a chance to visit again. Thank you again for everything, Laura

Great host. We had our booking during the hurricane concern....she was great with communicating back and forth while we were watching the storm and discerning if we could still make it or not. We were able to make our stay and the place was great.
