Ideal spot for seeing Dubrovnik at a reasonable price

Apartment was ideal for our stay. It was clean and comfortable. The host was amazing he collected us from the airport and was excellent at replying to any queries we had. It is located 10 mins walk from old town which is brilliant and only 5 mins drive from lapad which we loved.

Nice apartment. New, comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped for a family. Well located in a short walking distance to the old town.

The entrance together with a car entrance is a bit weird but ok. There is no pedestrian side walk. There is not a big movement of cars but a dedicated space for pedestrians will be better.

Apartment is 15 minutes walk from old town. Have avaliable parking for 10€ a day. It was clean and safe. Communication with a host was good.

It's on a bit louder location since it is near the traffic street

Location was excellent, bakery and small supermarket only 5 mins walk. Very close to bars, cafes and restaurants Host was very friendly and knowledgeable and also arranged airport transfers for us

Very comfortable bed, nice utilities and terrace. Good communication, and possibility to self check-in.

We absolutly loved this apartment. It was clean, spacious, the balcony was big and what a view. And of course the location- Old Town was 15 minute walk away. Parking10€ per day in front of the building, very comfortable.

Friendly staff, quick customer support, spacious apartment, self-checkin, and checkout, parking space, kitchen, big windows, good pressure in the shower.

Spider webs could be cleaned from the high ceilings and walls.

Wouldn't stay here again

Location was good.

It wasn't as clean as expected. The room was smelly and the bed was very bad, we slept on the sofabed as that one was a little bit better. The appartment is located next to a busy road.

great apartment close to old Dubrovnik- nicely decorated and with parking!!!!!

bit loud from the street, but it is a central location parking space wasn’t ready for when we arrived. Owner did sort it out but it was a big stressful due to how busy the area is. it’s a bit difficult to find.

Great option in Dubrovnik

Amazing place and great communication with the manager. We arrived late at night and we made a last minute reservation. The instructions were very detailed and helpful. Thank you very much for everything

Second stay and would returne

The girls who were on site were extremely helpful, when we arrived we were a little early, so they allowed us to leave our bags safely and go explore the old town until the apartment was ready. The Apartment itself was really comfy, it was spotless, the only thing I could say and it is nit picking, is there was no Ashtray or toaster, when we asked for a toaster we were told there was one in the apartment, the toaster it turned out was a sandwhich maker.

Great experience in Dubrovnik

The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. We had free parking which is rare in Dubrovnik. Old city was near the apartment. Self check-in/out option was easy to navigate through. The host was available and very kind. Will definitely recommend to others! Thank you!

Exceptional

The apartment was wonderful. Its facilities were good especially air conditioner that works very well in the hot weather. The apartment was located really in good place, very close to old town. Just needs 5 min walking. The host was really kind man that you can contact him always. Also, they had good airport transfers which was worth to order it. Overall, everything was wonderful. Certainly, we will book this apartment next year, too.

The rooms and linen were very clean but there were ants everywhere. The ants also ate the bread we left in the kitchen. We recommend that you do something to prevent this.
