La localisation de l'hôtel

Réservation de la chambre en début d'après-midi, le temps de faire la route (3 heures) arrivée à l'hôtel entre 16h30 et 17h00, impossible d'accéder à la chambre (alors que sur booking la chambre est censé être disponible dès 14h00). Réceptionnaire irrespectueux prenant les gens de haut et très expéditif, très mauvaise expérience avec B&B Hotels ainsi que Booking car les informations communiqué ne sont pas fiable du tout. Il ne suffit pas de prendre de faire de l'argent d'un point de vu générale, mais s'assurer des bonnes informations et services proposés !!! Pour finir coté propreté présence de cheveux sur les lits et polis dans le bac a douche.

When we were checked-in there were no problems. The airconditioning was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The check-in procedure was not convenient, if you arrive before 17:00pm you must use a machine to check-in but this machine does not accept all creditcards so I had to wait several hours for the staff to arrive and get checked-in my room. Other people also had this problem.

Fine once you find it.

The room was fine, shower excellent, quiet location, plenty of parking.

Very difficult to find, sat nav sent us to the wrong end of the street, at 23.00 wandering about for 30 minutes before realising it was hidden at the opposite end was stressful after a long days drive. Better signage from the main road please, it's tucked away and difficult to find in the dark.

Good stay

- The convenience of the location, close to the city center but not close enough to be in the traffic. Good price and staff is friendly. It was clean and decent, just good for a one or two night stay. We are traveling with 3 kids so we are on a budget. Overall we had a pleasant stay. We were out the whole day so we are not at the hotel the whole time, good for resting after a long tired day of exploring.

1. The internet connection was really slow from my room 2. The door in the bathroom was quite hard to close 3. The location was quite far from the city center and there's no light on the street going to the hotel

To be a two stars hotel, it was fairly ok. Personnel (no personnel at evening) very friendly and helpful. Room, big enough for four

Air conditioning was not working and it was a very hot night (35°C at 21:00...). Location was in a to lonely place, a place not recomendable to reach walking, at least, at evening.
