ligging perfect

comfortable room with a decent Breakfast. A reasonable walk from the tram station. close to Citi du Vin and a very popular food court.
Staff seemed ambivalent. The property needed some Maintenance: front door broken, plumbing in our bathroom was leaking. Our first room had not been cleaned when we opened it.

Lovely views and convenient location. Very clean.
One of the staff was a bit rude on arrival, but other staff were very welcoming.

it was a clean and comfortable place!
the location is a bit away from the centre, but is accessible with a 15-20 min tram ride!

One of our rooms was on the thrid floor, which had a open shared terrace, if I stayed here again I would ask for one of the rooms which had direct acess to the terrace.
The rooms were clean, bed comfortable.
Staff appeared over worked or did not know answers to questions, have to check with supervisor that did not work on weekends.
Dogs are allowed in the hotel at an extra 6 euros, but not in the restaurant for breakfast.

the balcony and the kitchen, also the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, all was very clean, and staff really nice, easy late check in
sofa bed was not great, but enough for one night

Lack of AC, stuffy smell in the room

There is only one parking public nearby, but the height limit is 1.95m, our car is 2m so there can park in the streets, but it’s difficult to find the place, and also found some crush glasses on the floor, not sure if it is safe. we only stay one night there.

I asked 3 times to change at least once our towels (2 kids +2 adults) in 6 nights there. Terribile. They changed once in 6 days... no more words!!! Very dirty halls.

it’s on very good location
my room was on top floor and due to hot weather air conditioner wasn’t good enough there. last but not least the guy who was working in night at reception behavior was not good. when he got to know that I’m indian his behavior got changed. it’s not good for country like france

Great location. Decent clean shower room. A fitted kitchenette was convenient.
The guy in the reception was a bit cold, who made you feel that he couldn't care less about your stay. We booked a parking space a few months ago as my wife is a wheelchair user. However there was no space left when we arrived and the entrance of the public car park was too low. It took us a while to find a space a few blocks away.

Really loud at night and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable

decoration of the room was quite beautiful specially the area of the main bed!!!
liked the nice view to the main street, quite great location!!!
room had a nice size for the four of us!!!!!
supermarket on less than 5 minutes walk was also a wonderful plus!
the kitchen silverware could be more organized ....things missing...
the room was quite nice but with a bit of attention to the details could be amazing!

I stayed in Appart-Hôtel Mer & Golf City for night night with a friend. Good location to explore the area, tram stop to city center just 5 min away, friendly staff, comfy bed. i would definitely stay again if I ever go back to Bordeaux!
It seemed that there was so problem with the booking system as the room which we got was occupied when we went in.
We had to go back to reception, report it and we got different room then

The hotel is amazing. The location is very good. Beautiful, quiet and nice. The city is very beautiful. We spent the day with the family and the puppy, walking around the city we realized that the hotel was in the best location. Recommended for everyone. Thank you very much.

Les halles and la cité du vin were very close to the hotel.
It was a holiday so almost everything was closed.
Far from the city.
Not a free place to park. We had to pay.
We had a reservation for two couples, one of them with a baby. They said that the couple with the baby couldn't go to the double room because of their policy. I don't know where they expected the baby to sleep. They said they should get a triple room even though the baby slept with them in the bed and not in a sofa bed or another bed separately. The thing is that they did not have any room available. So, my friends had to go to the hotel next door called Moxy, where they had a fantastic treat. They were able to sleep together in a double room without problems, and even got their breakfast for free! They were lucky but could have ended in the street.
I'm sorry but I won't go back to this hotel. It was really frustrating to find this problem almost at night.
To finish with, the covid measures were inefficient. People were not wearing masks in the hotel.

Perfect location for our visits to Cité du Vin and Bassin des Lumières. Very friendly and helpful staff ( we met three different receptionists and all were very good). Room well equipped and comfortable. Very good value for money
Just missing a tea towel and a dish cloth for the kitchen area.

The apartment had dishwasher and fridge in the kitchenette. The building itself is quite well maintained.
In the room (we had family room for 4) the second 'bad' is a sofa and it was very uncomfortable for sleeping. The room's furniture (especially sofa) was quite used with stains etc.

Location, convenient.
Bed, sofa bed in studio.
One of the Reception desk guy was not easy to communicate with, not helpful and unpleasant.
