Nice big rooms with big bathroom and outside space. A good neighbourhood.

The staff. Clean bathrooms.
Bed sheets were worn out and so were the pillows and pillow cases.
The windows had the mosquito net not fully attached.
And one of the rooms i stayed in only had one fan.

The location, it is easy to get everywhere you want to go from this hostel.
They offer the taxi shuttle service (you have to pay) and they were on time waiting for us at the airport.
The room wasn't clean. I'm very tall and I had an electrical shock with the shower head. Really not nice.
The owner told us and to other persons that did the check-in with us that he doesn't mind about all the bad reviews online because even with those reviews, he is still fully booked.
The vibe wasn't that nice and when the owner explains the rules, it's very strict and not meeting what you expect for a real "hostel".

The kitchen was very well organized, clean and well supplied with amenities. It was worth upgrading to a bed with ensuite although it was a tight fit. Owner Bob,has been quite eager to help with any information needed. We had very informative conversations. It is close to bars ,restaurants and a super market. Daytime quiet area and a refreshing pool to enjoy.
Saturday nights are quite noisy as it is adjacent to a motorized sport venue so stay past eleven enjoying your social gathering.

Good as a stopover between cities.
Shower was the worst I've experienced in 3 months of travel as there was inadequate pressure and water coming from the head along with not being warm.

It has a very good price and location and it’s a very good choice if you’re looking for a last-minute reservation. It was my second time with a boyfriend there due to an emergency (last minute reservation, both). I got a private room with an air conditioner and a private bathroom.
The room has 2 beds, a queen and a twin, so the space was reduced. We used the queen and the bed was not aligned with the wall. That made the stay very uncomfortable, I couldn’t sleep well. I was tired in the morning.

I think this place is fine for a stopover before moving on somewhere else. The location is nice right next to a big mall, so you can get stuff you need before your next destination. The hostel was clean, had lockers, is in a convention location next to the mall. The kitchen is also well-equipped. You have access to the kitchen at night for when you have an early bus or flight, the door isn't locked they just don't want too many people cooking and making messes and waking others up.
I found it odd that the staff didn't have information about bus schedules for other destinations seeing as I don't think many people actually stay in Managua to explore Managua itself 🤔 So that's one thing I would suggest improving is for the staff to have access to information about busses, times and locations.
Other things I would suggest are to add more fans to the dorm. The bed I had, it had a fan right next to it. But only 3 beds had fans right next to it. Thankfully it was a bit stormy and that brought wind into the room, but I imagine it'd still be hot if you had a bed without a fan right next to it.
I would also suggest to have the common areas open after 10pm. I personally don't find this as a deal breaker because I've stayed many great places with curfews for the common areas. But I know the *best* places trust their guests to be considerate and quiet at later hours. There's also cameras in the common areas, so I think that could help deter troublemakers anyway.
The shower has very low water pressure. Talked with the hostel owner and he said that it's common for Managua. Thankfully I was only there 1 night so skipped washing my hair, otherwise my shower would have taken too long.
The hammocks are nice, and lots of couches with fabric covers, not leather covers that sweaty legs stick to. The pool had circulating water.
The mattress I had, I could feel some of the springs. But only a few so I adjusted my location on the bed and that helped. So maybe replace some of the mattresses and/or add toppers.
I've seen a few reviews complain about the owner, but I didn't have a problem. He's a bit chatty and maybe over-explains, but he didn't come off as rude.
The afternoon guy at the desk came off as judgemental/condescending when I asked questions about the hostel after he gave a tour of the place. Acting as if I was dumb for not remembering all the details he gave.

The bed was comfortable and the location was quite good.
The cleanliness, the general ambiance and decoration.

The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice, the bathroom was okay as well.
Nothing really but it wasnt extraordinary. Its a basic hostel. The house rule didnt bother me at all cause I just wanted to sleep and I did like a baby. So all in all I would recommend it!

I like that the location was walking distance to stores and shopping center. The staff where awesome and I really appreciate them for bringing in another fan to the room because I was on the bottom bunk and did not get much access to the fan. The place is clean and the vibe is very chill.
There wasn't anything I didn't like, it provides the necessary things for the price you pay for. Shower is a bit lacking but there is enough water flow to shower so can't complain 🙃

No hospitality. The owner gave me the feeling that he is doing this to get money, but not because he likes it. He told me he is not a welfare association and therefore I can't store my luggage longer than 3pm (which would be ok, if he would say it in a different way). But he was complaining about his guests during the whole check in instead of giving me a good feeling. Rooms are super small as well. I used my day in Managua to check out better places for my next stay.

The place is quite far from the airport.

close to the UCA bus station, fully equipped kitchen, pool.
Access to the kitchen is limited after 23:00 (however, the staff informs about it upon check-in); when we were there the house was demolished right next door so quite a lot of noise during the day

POOL WAS FANTASTIC, KITCHEN WAS VERY NEAT FOR MY COOKING AND ROOMS WERE REGULARLY CLEANED.
I DID NOT LIKE HOW RECEPTION WAS UNATTENDED BEFORE 11AM.

Good location...near to a mall and restaurants/bar...felt safe walking at night to buy something at the mall...
Not sure how hot it will get in my room during noon as i went for tour as there is no ceiling direct metal roof...
