Séjour moyen à Rawai

Le cadre arboré de l’établissement qui est de petite taille et c’est bien. La piscine est plutôt sympa tout en étant simple. Un BBQ à disposition des hôtes. Possibilité de louer un scooter et d’organiser votre transfert au départ comme à l’arrivée entre vos hôtels l’aéroport (ex. nous avons payé 1200 THB en cash uniquement pour un trajet entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel).

Le bruit de la ventilation qui se met à claquer à certains moments de la nuit, literie qui pourrait être remplacée, robinet lavabo mal fixé, le distributeur de savon liquide qui ne fonctionne pas, quelques toiles d’araignées dans la salle de bain qui n’ont pas disparues en 4 jours malgré un nettoyage de la chambre effectuée tous les jours, TV qui en définitive n’est pas utilisable). L’hôtel est situé relativement loin du centre ville de Rawai. La plage de Rawai est loin d’être la plus jolie de Phuket (préférez Karon Beach). Pas si bien située que ça pour effectuer les excursions. Nous aurions su, nous ne serions pas restés 4 jours à Rawai

Very good

Simple and easy checkin, staff and owner are very pleasant. The location is good for the beach and fish market, and there are number of bars, restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance. There resort is quiet and there's a nice pool. I will certainly return.

Close to be a 10/10

Location ist great. Host takes care and improves stuff asap. Very beautiful garden. Very nice for chilling or working on the laptop. Nice common area kitchen with desk and additional working possibilities.

We got a little unlucky a few thing were broken but it got fixed asap and the host took good care of us. Wifi is sometimes unstable or has bad reach.

Budget room at pool not as promoted

Beautiful tranquil garden. Fast wifi. Assistance with renting a scooter.

We booked 4 nights. Absolutely not as promoted. Room advertised as sound-proof. Not only is it not sound proof, but a never-ending jack hammering noise was coming from the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. We could not sleep. We booked the budget room located at the pool because it had a large window (for natural light) and patio looking on to the pool. After 2 nights of not sleeping, we were moved to a dark room, no natural light, with a stone hard bed, and also no sound proofing. The host was aware of this 'hammering noise situation' before our arrival and yet the room was rented out without making the guest aware. Would not recommend.

Great place with lovely pool and close to everything. The staff are amazing and will make sure you have a good time.

Great staff and beautiful grounds. Gio the owner was very available for any concerns. The manager is phenomenal at helping with issues. The duplex was spacious and great housekeeping.

we liked everything. Sometimes neighbors played loud music and programming at very early hours.

overpriced and disappointing

it’s located far from the main street so it’s quiet and relaxing. the stuff helped with renting a bike and organizing a transfer to the airport.

unfortunately i was disappointed by the rating of 4 stars, it is not definitely 4 stars, and the quality of a room does not match the expectations for the 4 stars establishment. a room was spacious and clean, but very basic and could use dome renovations. everything looks dated. rating on booking.com may not reflect the real satisfaction of the guess as the hotel offers discount to those who give it 10 points. what was very disappointing was that for the whole 6 nights stay the towels were not changed, cleaning was rather superficial. bathroom was no better than in a cheap hostel.

A quiet nice place in the green

Amazing gardens that are very nice to just hangout in or work from. Also the pool is great. Host and staff is very welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed the rental service for my scooter, was so easy and it was brought right to me. Housing offered a lot of space (that was cleaned daily), AC was working perfectly and the bed was comfortable. They even have a small co-working area.

Shower was bit cold, but besides that nothing to complain about :)

Very good

All in all a great villa experience. Spacious bedrooms. Good location, away from the main road, but very quickly you can reach many points (massage, shops, cafes) on foot. The host was very friendly and always in touch. Thank you!

sometimes there was a damp smell in the shower A friend of ours had a back problem so extra bed didn't fit him, but all the pictures on booking match what we got. This is rather our inattention.

Exceptional

Brilliant place. Lovely spacious room, and the garden around the swimming pool is such a lovely place to chill out with a coffee or drink. Just a few minutes walk from Rawai beach but lots of bars and places to eat even closer than that. Gio the owner and Pui the site manager are so friendly and helpful - always keen to help you in whatever you need to enjoy your stay or discover Phuket. We stayed for a month and had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Not 4 stars definitely

All staff was nice and helpful, the host welcomed us personally and provided the information on what to do. A 10-min walk to the restaurants and cafes. There was also a great massage nearby.

- We were given a room with an only entrance from the coworking. Quite frankly, I feel like it was a room for the staff rather than a hotel room, it didn't have any room number on. That was not what we had on the pics of our booking but as we were very tired, we didn't argue. The good part was we had fast access to kitchen, however, in the morning the voices from the coworking would wake us up almost every day. In the evening, some people would do English lessons and talk without headphones on until 11 PM. There's no sound isolation so you have to keep listening to any sounds. - We expected a kettle in the room as it was stated in the description, it wasn't there. It was in the coworking (rather a coffee maker than an actual kettle), but we really wanted it in the room. - NO sunlight at all due to very dark glass on all windows. You literally feel like you're in a basement. It's a budget room, I get it, but the 4 stars are totally irrelevant for this kind of comfort. - You can't lean backwards on the bed. Its metal frame makes it impossible. Whenever I wanted to read a book, I had to move to the sofa, which was also uncomfortable. - The king-size bed was composed of 2 different mattresses (left side was rigid like wood and right side very soft), which was strange. We moved to one side of it and didn't use the other. - No reception at all. We wouldn't care, it was just strange to check out by leaving the key in our room's door without anyone to check the facility. Many of these disadvantages would be absolutely understandable if it were a hostel or at least a 3-star hotel. We were just counting the days to move to another place.

Good size apartment and very friendly staff, close to ready aurante and beach good location but rawai area in general far from everything

toilet was not very clean, and need maintenance, the shower had very low pressure and was half stuck need cleaning, room very dark but due to the location of the apartment in the building, and no mirror, should put one in the bedroom or living room

Excellent location, a short walk from Rawai beach. Clean and quiet room next to lovely garden and pool. Good co-working space with reliable WiFi and a coffee machine. Lots of information provided by the owner who was very responsive on whatsapp

Uncomfortable pillows. Slightly bizarre check in experience- the information is there when you arrive for a remote check in but this was slightly.imconvenient when we arrived in the pouring rain

Perfect little spot

The room was so quaint and smelled like new. The staff were really nice, they even hung my laundry to dry for me. The WiFi worked very well, the lighting was great, there was a small fridge and coffee making in the room. 3 minute walking distance to Rawai beachfront.

I dont like to complain but the bed was a little hard, could be better with a mattress topper or something.
