Just perfect.

Every bit of the place was a spot on. Colorful decor, themed rooms. Our room was clean and we had simple yet tasty breakfast. Cliff, Bruna and Lisa were so friendly that after 2 nights we decided to come back for 3 more nights. We definitely would be back and we recommend this place if you want to feel at home.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern. Unser Zimmer war groß und hatte einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff and owners, relaxing atmosphere, good view of sunset in front rooms

Not near beach (as name suggests) and no real view of beach/sea; breakfast could be improved; despite blackout blinds still very bright in front rooms (we had a toddler)

Gostei muito da simplicidade e da amabilidade da Sra. Lurdes assim como do filho que foi quem nos recebeu. Quanto ao resto, tudo muito mas mesmo muito bom. Irei voltar certamente.

Um pequeno almoço excelente. Servido á mesa. Onde não faltou nada. Sempre tudo muito limpo, Tanto a dona como a funcionária,foram impecáveis. Uma simpatia. Podemos entrar e sair á hora que queremos,sem qualquer problema. Um serviço excelente. De boa qualidade.

Nice Hotel Owner, very beautiful rooms on 1st floor with charming atmosphere.

Oldtown reachable by car (3mins) but no problem for us - beautiful beaches in surrounding. (Also Uber would be available)

Cute little beach house

Extremely lovely and helpful staff. Went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Offered to wash and iron our clothes for us. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.

- very clean - excellent host - breakfast was amazing - pool area was beautiful - quiet area, out of the way but easy and cheap enough to get an Uber into town or a downhill 30 minute walk.

Property was excellent, only thing I can think is that it could have done with a couple of extras in the room - glasses - tea and coffee making facilities - an extra bin rather than just the bathroom bin

Exceptional

The owner is so welcoming and offered us an upgrade. We were in the olive room. The b&b is new, spotless, comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and offers meat, cheese, yogurt, breads, sweets, juice; one day we hadceggs, the next pancakes. The breakfast room is bright and large. Nice balcony, good wifi, and good parking. It's easy to drive to Mafra and Ericeira for day trips. This is a great quiet place if traveling by car.
