Not a very nice and caring service.

easy booking, good location to get into our girls' soccer tournament.

The roll-out bed smells of cigarettes. When we booked, I thought it was like a bach. Yet, we got charged $130 when we arrived. If they notice our mistake and plan to charge us extra, an upgrade should be automatically granted before our arrival. If there are extra charges, then there should be extra service. In the morning, we ran out of milk and called reception, they said they ran out of the supplier and asked us to buy milk from the nearby supermarket instead. We ended up leaving nearly a whole bottle of milk in the fridge when we left in the early morning to arrive at the field by 08:30.

Comfortable and pleasant stay

Had everything we needed for a night's stay, conveniently located next to a supermarkets and eateries.

There was a bit of draft coming through the window of the smaller bedroom. On Friday night there was noise from revellers congregated at the open area next to McDonalds that channelled through the narrow walkway straight at the bedroom window.

Fantastic location close to beach/restaurants/shops, in lovely mature gardens with great pool. Excellent for fam

The apartment had everything we needed, also nearby was a great walking/cycle track. beautiful grounds, lovely pool area and BBQ area, even though it was Xmas/New Years it never felt too busy

The beds were a little uncomfortable in our apartment - they could probably do with an upgrade.

PPR is in such a perfect location, close to shops and the beach. The unit we rented, was superb and perfect for our family and equipped with the necessary kitchen and laundry equipment. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The beds are comfi.

Everything was great for what we needed

The only tiny downfall was the lawns out the front of the unit looked overdue for a mow, but that wasnt a biggie for our stay.

I will definitely recommend Pacific Palms as we really enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back again.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The kids loved the pool.

Spotless and comfortable

Spa pool was too cold, both at 9.30 pm and at 8.30 am. However main pool was gorgeous and family enjoyed it very much

When we come over to papamoa we always stay here. Kids make good use of the heated pool and spa. Has everything we need close by

The most recent apartment didn't have sufficient ventilation for the dryer and toilet. No windows either so the walls were dripping wet.
