A stunning, sunny apartment in a fantastic location.

great location, beautiful apartment.

the beds were very hard, just a personal preference of a not so firm bed.

we will be back loved it! loved the pool.

it’s huge and so lovely and clean with everything you need I loved it.

not overly private as you are close to the next block but you have blinds to block them out.

kid friendly

spacios for 2 kids and 2 adults. complete apartment with dishwasher and washing machine and drier. 2 bathrooms and a bath tube good for children close to town and beach

having to go a distance to pick up key and drop off needs a pin code on door and garage to access building

lovely apparment, awful holiday.

great location, apartment clean and tidy and spacious. comfortable and larger than expected.

There was building works going on in the building that we were not aware of and the noise carried starting at 6am and continuing through the days of our stay. completely ruined the relaxing vibe. contacted the host and was told nothing can be done about it and to just have a relaxing evening. would never have booked this apartment if i had known building works were going on as have a small baby. Just be aware that the keys are in a completely different location (As in a 5-7 minute drive away) so would recommend a car if staying at this location. the rules around staying at this apartment are very strict- having to pay for additional rubbish collection bags if teh bin is already full from another persons stay which im not sure is fair.

Missing things that were the reason we booked it for our stay with our small son.

Lovely and clean, well appointed, spacious.

You had to collect keys from a lockbox at another location, the hot tub is just the normal bath, the pool was permanently closed for the winter (although listed as an amenity), King bed was actually a queen, right up against other apartments so not much privacy, extra login steps with the Property Manager with ID verification etc.

the location was fabulous , the property was clean , well equipped and bonus having two lock up car parks, was definitely sunny and spacious, would absolutely go back

unfortunately in the morning you could here someone walking in the above apartment

We really like the place, we will visit Mt Maunganui again, definitely.

We have a home feeling when we arrive the apartment, the children don’t wanna go out , lol. Chloe contacted us on regular basis and checked whether there’s anything we need during our stay, this is more than 5-star service, this is World-Class!

Perfect apartment

Everything was perfect. Great location and spotless apartment with good sized rooms and very well equipped. Lovely deck complete with a BBQ. No view is the only thing.

Great lication. Very large apartment. Very good value for money

Garage door does not open automatically on 105 apartment side. Need to hop out and push button. No major but if you didnt know what to do could be very confusing. It does say on info garage door automatic. Very nice and spacous apartment

Great location and very roomy.

Parking was extremely tight and the bed was very hard.

We had a fantastic holiday and would stay there again.

The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. The layout meant you could escape the TV down one end of the apartment. The location was perfect as we could easily walk to shops or the beach.

The bed in the main bedroom was too hard for our liking.

Great appartment, great location.

Location was great, clean and had all amenities you could want.

The apartment looked directly at the neighbours which we were not used to this so we found it a bit intrusive.
