Location. Large comfortable room. Good Wi-Fi.
Rooms on third floor. It doesn’t have a staffed reception. We were quite happy with that. Just worth noting.

Fantastic spacious and clean room. Sergio at reception gave us fantastic tips on food & places to visit.
We booked a taxi to the airport, which was far too expensive for the 10 minute journey that it was.

We were so grateful for our stay at the Cairoli sweets. Our flight home was cancelled as we were about to board the plane and we couldn’t fly until the next day. We booked it very quickly on the basis that it looked like good value for money and was very clean according to other reviews. It was immaculate, we had a really warm welcome, lots of information about where to go for the evening, comfy beds, lots of space and amazing powerful hot shower. Breakfast at the cafe around the corner was included which was delicious and made us feel like locals!

We travelled to Brindisi not sure of what we were getting. I booked Cairoli because it looked nice on Booking.com, was well located and modern. We drove there and parked easily outside without problems.
We were overwhelmed by the place. Our room was clean and cleaned daily, quiet, well furnished and air conditioned. Sergio the manager greeted us on arrival, got out a map and documented the amazing history of Brindisi, the roman columns, the excavated ruins near by, and the great history of the harbour.
Cairoli is located a short walk to the waterfront, down a beautiful street of shops and cafes. We had a great breakfast around the corner subsidised by Sergio, we caught the ferry across to the other side of the harbour and enjoyed a dinner of freshly caught seafood and wine at ridiculously low prices.
We stayed for 2 nights but could have spent more time there.
The lift to the 3 rd floor was a bit slow and the stairs were rather steep.

Our host was very helpful with tips on the local sights and restaurants. The room was quite large compared to most we had stayed in our travels in Italy. The location of the Cairoli rooms is quite convenient to the train station and centre shopping/restaurants.
There is nothing that I could complain about.

The owners are a most fantastic couple and together with their son, they run a first class establishment. The location is excellent in a beautiful and vibrant neighbourhood. The rooms are very large and airy. Top quality furnishing and fittings. Good quality toiletries and even complimentary water in the room fridge. My partner had broken her ankle on arrival to Brindisi Airport and they Sergio and his son went to a large amount of trouble to help us and even arranged a wheelchair for her. They provided us with breakfast in our room and really are a most fantastic team. This family run hotel is the very best of Italian hospitality. We shall return……

Our stay was outstanding. Our host, Sergio and his wife went out of their way to extend their hospitality and to share their knowledge of Brindisi. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional.
Nothing could have been improved upon. Everything from our initial welcome by WhatsApp explaining how to do a self check in ( we arrived out of hours) to cheerful breakfasts and pleasant guests made our stay perfect.

Perfect location, close to the train station/airport shuttle but also close to the historic centre. The manager was very helpful and gave us lot of tips, and the rest of the staff was also very friendly. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast was delicious too!

Fantastic location. Only stayed for one night at end of holiday. Host was great, really friendly and took the time to give us info and a map on restaurants and sights. Had to leave before breakfast for flight unfortunately. Arranged taxi for us to airport. Great central location.
Bed a little soft and found myself rolling to middle but that’s just personal preference

For us it was the perfect pitstop after our flight. We arrived pretty late so the check in was already closed although Sergio took the time to stop by to guide is through. He is a very Nice, empathic and thrustworthy person. Hè wants to make your stay in Brindisi as comfortable as possible. Room was very spacious and clean. In te morning we got a quick and easy breakfast
recommanded by Sergio. Thank you for your hospitality!

Very friendly family run hotel in a very central location in Brindisi. We checked in using their self service check in, which was an easy and straightforward process.
Thank you for the complimentary breakfast!
We’ll return again.

Great location on a beautiful square.
The only thing I didn't like and it was a personal thing was I thought the bed was too soft.

The room we had was incredibly spacious with a large entryway, big bathroom, bedroom, and living room with a pull out sofa. It was a perfect set-up for our family to stay. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was spotless. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 5 minute walk, so the location was ideal. The staff was also very helpful and met us for check-in.
There was nothing we didn't like. The property met all expectations and provided a very cost effective, valuable service. We really enjoyed our stay. The cleanliness was really impeccable. Would stay here again.

Great location! Perfect place to stay for 1-2 nights. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom ware clean and tidy. Pleasant bonus – shampoo and shower gel! But overall impression for the stay is good. We appreciated a lot a free breakfast in the nearby bar, delicious coffee and cornetto pastry. Thank you!
A bit loud refrigerator in the room, unfortunately we had to turn it off at night.
Person at the reception unfortunately didn't speak good English.

Very nice and cosy room, especially the bathroom was clean, cosy and nice! Even though the heating didn't work, the air condition heated up the whole room including the bathroom, which was great! The self check-in was very convenient for us. The accommodation is about 5 minutes on foot from the railway station and in a very central area (a square with a fountain). Many shops and supermarkets nearby - Conad City right across the square.
We didn't find any "shared lounge", just the corridor as you can see on the pictures.
