This is a old house in the historical city center of Brindisi. It has a great feeling of being authentic (and it is indeed). Passing a night there felt like being a wealthy old inhabitant of Brindisi of 100 years ago. The hosts are totally friendly and ready to answer all requests. Getting there by car may be tricky, but they waited us on a easy spot and drove us to the right address. They can also provide a place in a private parking lot very close to the apartment, upon request. It costs some euros but parking in Brindisi would be a nightmare otherwise.
For breakfast, we placed our order and found our pastries at the front door in the morning. It was delicious.
The only limitation is that the bathroom is accessible only from the main sleeping room. If you travel as a couple it's not a problem, but if you need both rooms you need some organization.

The apartment is a huge beautiful old apartment in the centre but on a lovely quiet street. The owner was very friendly and bought us fresh croissants every morning. The bed is huge and there is plenty of cupboard space. The shower is good too.
It was very hot in the apartment..we had the aircon in the bedroom and the lounge but bathroom, kitchen were very hot. Also the electrics are quite old, our Spanish plugs didn't plug in most of the sockets. The owner offered to pick us up from the airport for 20€... it's the same price as a taxi so we shared a taxi instead and paid 10€ ...Also to go to the port at the end of our stay. But there is a very good and regular bus service to and from port and airport via the city which has a stop very close to the flat! Bus AP.
Also the flat has no basics like salt, oil, vinegar, pepper so if you want to cook you have to buy everything from scratch! But it does have coffee, tea, milk and there were a few juices and yoghurts in the fridge.

Unique, beautiful, old apartment at the heart of Brindisi old town. We could feel reach history and experienced the touch of the past during our stay in this spacious apartment. The host showed us good hospitality and made an effort to tell us the most interesting facts about Puglia and Brindisi.

It an amazing Italian experience with a house much more spacious than in the pictures. Even with the real Italian story with biscuits coffees and juices and water included. And having brought home made breakfast to your door. Everything here was an amazing experience which I would recommend

The apartment was very spacious with several separate spaces for sitting and relaxing in. The host provided a range of items to eat and drink that was lovely to have when we arrived. For the breakfast he delivered lovely warm fresh croissants and a pastry each to the apartment in the morning. He had some maps set out for us of the town and spent time when we arrived to explain how to get to some of the locations and make recommendations for a few different dinner locations. He helped us get down to the port to catch the ferry to Greece and got his son to help carry our bags down the steps and over to the car.

Hosts of this large perfectly located apartment were wonderful. They provided us with information, hospitality, provisions and even home baking. Location of apartment in quiet Vico just off main shopping, eating, sightseeing, strolling area, comfortable 10 minute walk from train and less to ferry and quayside is exceptional. Some friends living locally were very impressed with the value and care we got. All adding up to a fantastic break.

The house is located in a very central area, just a few minutes of walking from the main street and 15 mins from the railway station. At the same time, it’s on a small street that is quiet and calm. Main bedroom is overlooking a nice backyard. Our host and his family were super friendly and nice! They have provided breakfast for us that included some salami, bread, butter, yoghurt, biscuits, milk, croissants and small cakes. Also, juice, water and coffee capsules. The windowed terrace is just an amazing place to get an afternoon drink before dinner. The restaurant that the host recommended was absolutely amazing! And very well priced! Last but not least, the house was super clean. We had a lovely time in Brindisi!
A tiny inconvenience was that the bath/toilet access is through the master bedroom. Also, the smaller bedroom only has one small window which makes it rather dark. But then this is quite nice if you want to sleep till late 😅 Non of these was an issue for us!

The location was great for us. It is quiet despite being in the city centre. It is near the port where we spent most of the evenings. It is also near supermarkets and restaurants. The location made it easy for us to explore Brindisi by foot. We also used Brindisi as a base to explore Lecce and Ostuni.
The property is huge with a lovely interior. The Wi-fi and the air condition unit in the bedroom were useful. The mattress didn’t prevent motion transfer (it was a bit bouncy) so each time I moved, my husband would feel the movement although this was not a big issue as we got used to it.
Giovanni and Simonetta are lovely. They provided croissants, biscuits, bread, yoghurt, fruits, a bottle of wine, and other food. We do not drink wine but the gesture was greatly appreciated. Giovanni was warm and kind; he suggested places to visit and restaurants to try. Simonetta made us a lovely chocolate cake.

Lovely place, comfortable, hudge rooms, very central of Brindisi. Friendly and helpful host. Really big space - I think all together more than 100 m2: 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, bathroom and one more relax room with big windows. Will be back for sure :) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
