Fantastic little spot close to town. Easy, 5-8 min walk into town. Near gondola station. Near river trail. Near local grocery/market. The steam shower was a nice, unexpected (maybe I missed that detail), amenity.

This property was a bargain for Telluride. Spartan but a comfortable place to sleep.

On our way back home we did a quick one night stop in Telluride. Location made it easy for us to walk to the restaurant and gondola.
Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not available to use since they are under maintenance or construction. This was noted in specs of the unit. Easy check in and check out!

The place is small but we expected that. When we arrived the bed wasn’t made and only one towel was in the bathroom. This did get corrected after a message to the property manager. The outside of the home did not look like the ones in the picture. The buildings were a little rundown and we did not have access to the hot tub or a pool due to renovations. However, overall the stay was comfortable. It is about a half mile walk to town. There was a heavy odor of marijuana in the halls but I guess when in Colorado! The neighbors were loud at times but we expected such in a studio type apartment. 4/5 ⭐️

Pillows, mattress and sheets lack comfortability, but when you consider location and amenities, I can’t complain too much. Very quite and convenient location in between the shuttle route.
I would still stay here again :)

Pretty basic place but it was all we needed at a good price!

Run-down condo building turned into VRBO slum. Outdoor property filthy and hardly maintained. Condo tiny, virtually unfurnished, except for a bed and ONE fixture. Disgusting drapes. a window that wouldn’t close. Owner obviously doesn’t care about maintaining the condo.

It’s a bed to sleep at in Telluride

First of all the furniture is too big for this unit- constantly banging into the door. The kitchenette was fine but very cramped. the walls weren't even painted-just drywall. Dust under every table- gross. No screens on the windows and no A/C so very hot in there. The fan had so much dust in it we couldn't use it. But the worst part was the bathroom- so much mold in the shower, the bathroom vanity was peeling back and chipping, so also mold there. We loved Telluride but left a day early- very disappointing!

A place to sleep..very close to the galloping goose bus line

The property is close to downtown Telluride, the gondola, and is a great value for the price. Check-in was easy and the owners were communicative.

If you simply need a place to sleep and noise doesn't bother you, this place is great. Easy walk to town and lift. Because it is a closed off part of a larger unit, sound is an issue. I could hear the folks in the attached unit snoring. Kitchen space is actually the entryway and facilities consists of a minifridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Good stay

The property is very small and bare bones, Consisting of a small room about the size of a small motel room that's mostly filled up with a bed and A little Kitchenette in the entry way. But it was clean and was one of the cheapest locations In the area especially considering it's right on the bus route and virtually across the street from one of the chair lifts. The best thing about this place is the location. We had a great 3 night Stay - and had some good skiing. My wife also really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub/pool.

Walkable to most of telluride with easy access to lift 7!

Perfect for a short weekend stay. Location is great, amenities are within walking distance.

Condo way too small.

the entire apartment was probably 200 square feet at most, there was a dresser right in front of teh door in the "kitchen" such that the front door did not open entirely. There was a door to the neighbouring apartment and the walls were thin such that you could hear every single word and children's cry next door, as well as the television shows they were watching. The lamp in the "bedroom "was damaged, the windows did not open, and all the toiletries in the bathroom were empty. The walls were partially painted everywhere. Clearly someone was trying to do the cheapest job possible to make the most money in Telluride from tourists. Would never book again. We contacted the owner several times and let them know we were not bringing dogs (thank god, there would have been no room for them to lie down on the floor!), but were still charged a dog fee.

I hadn’t been to Telluride in many years, and bringing my oldest daughter was quite special. This was a perfect little spot. The checking in/finding it/registering the car WAS more complicated as is mentioned in other comments, which I had not read. :) I’d have taken a moment on the road to know what was coming had i been more prepared.
We were cozy and walked and walked and it was lovely to be back in the prettiest most perfect town ever.

If you do rent this property, make sure you arrive during the sunlight hours because it's absolutely an internal maze of condos and on the outside it's extremely hard to figure out where you should go even with the (lack) of instructions from the owners. The only way we found the place when we arrived was by the grace of God there were two young men in the parking lot that were staying at the complex. After they helped us find the room, we were greeted by a tiny space of a kitchen with an exposed electrical outlet next to the sink. The hallway led to a bathroom to the right with unfinished particle board with jagged edges surrounding the sink. The hallway then opens into a small bedroom with a very uncomfortable bed and basically un-painted Drywall. When the room is closed it becomes hot so you can open the windows with one handle to share between them and they have no screens on them to allow endless gnats and mosquitos into the room. There is also a floor fan that's provided which works out fine if you initially point it towards the window to try expelling all the dust on it. When exiting the building by the pool you are greeted by wet indoor - outdoor carpeting that is soaked with water so you can enjoy what seems to smell like black mold. On top of all this don't think about parking in the parking lot which is below and appears to have ample parking because no parking space will be provided to you. Instead, you must park on the street and report your vehicle to the police, so they won't ticket it, or tow it away. I was paranoid the entire time that I incorrectly registered the vehicle, and I was relieved each day there was no ticket, or that the vehicle hadn't been towed away. I have all the pictures to verify the veracity of this review. Overall, just a crazy experience.

Thin walls. No cooking items. Overall, we’d stay again because the price was in our budget.

This has everything you need stuffed into a small space, more like a hotel room than a condo. It is not a murphy bed but a queen bed on a nice frame - that means there is no room for much else, including a place to eat or sit at the desk. The additional furniture makes it even more crowded. Should really rotate the new bed 90 degrees and remove the dresser from the kitchen. That would open up some floor space for the desk and chairs. No access to pool either.

Just wanted a hot tub as clearly stated in AD.
No hot tub as it was under construction and still listed even tho under construction before booked. No help from owner when asked. Could have picked a nice place for less closer to town

Overall, the property was nice. It was only me for one night so the size was fine but it is a very small space. I had issues with the TV which isn't a huge deal. The walls are VERY thin and I could hear everything my neighbors said. The location is great and the space was very clean!

The place is great if you just need a place to sleep, but there were numerous issues:
1. The parking is not on property nor is it covered as stated, parking is in a public lot down the street.
2. We were told to use parking passes which were supplied but were out of date. Owner said she would get new ones, never happened.
3. The hot tub was closed for major renovations, which we were told the day before we arrived. The listing should have been updated.
4. The unit was supplied with dishes, cups and glasses, not one utensil, not even a spoon to stir your coffee, luckily we had our plastic wear.
On positive side, the unit was clean, the steam shower was nice and made up for no hot tub. The unit is fairly close to Lift 7, so great for skiers. Would stay there again, but lower our expectations.

This studio apartment was perfect for a couples 3 day weekend in the mountains. You could work from the location as it has a small desk but with how close it is to the slopes I would not recommend it. The owner Neal was extremely helpful and made himself accessible day and night. The check in/out instructions we’re a little rough but that was VRBOs fault as the host sent me an email with detailed instructions. The bed as a bed stiff but I have a bad back from 8 years the Marine Corps. Beyond those two things this was an awesome little spot with a 4 min walk to the nearest lift. Would definitively stay again.

Overall the property was fine. I would probably rate it a "C+" because the walls are very thin and we could hear people outside, above us and next door. We even heard one man snoring at night. And the biggest issue was the stench of marijuana. Someone in one of the rooms in our hallway was smoking marijuana and the stench was pretty bad. We had to open the window in our room to air it out for a while.
The TV did not work, but we did not spend a lot of time in the room so that wasn't a big deal.

The place had a great location. We parked in the Shandoka Lot just a cpl minutes from the condo. A parking pass was included in the rental. We left our skis in the van so we could just boot up in the morning and walk the short distance to the van then to Lift 7. The rental was accurate.. Once we settled in, the place was comfy for us.. Compact but functional.. Even though it had a 2 burner cooktop there were not any pans… we just happen to have 2 in the van. The place appears to still be in the process of being finished so its probably a temporary oversite. The sun comes in the windows during the day, really heating the place up.. we would close the blinds and curtains at night to keep the heat in.. the nights in Telluride were cool. The only slight burp was that Neal didnt send me the up to date check in info.. But I had the address and his number from the VRBO listing and just called.. he emailed the info right away and was quick to respond to a couple questions I had… We would definetly stay here again.. The location cant be beat… Close to lifts, close to the river walking path, and close to some eating establishments. We thought the price was fair since Telluride is one of the more expensive ski areas to stay I assume due to the remoteness.. which also means the slopes were not as crowded. Cant wait to go back

Got there 10 min before check in however door was wide open cleaning crew said they hadn’t started but only needed 20 min so we went on a walk and we’re fine with it due to being early however unsure how much could truly be cleaned in 20 min. No pots or pans for stove top very rough looking room very unsure is sheets were changed. The only positive was price and location I would honestly pay more for a nicer place the next time not worth it in my opinion

Location was excellent, and we SO appreciated the owners being candid about the state of the place before we arrived (it was still clearly under construction/in the process of being upgraded.) It totally worked for a couple nights in town for a festival though!

Loved the location! The place is definitely cozy but has most of what you need for a quick weekend away. Super close to lift 7 and a grocery store. Parking is an issue on Fridays so be ready to move your car to the carhenge lot...

I'm currently seeking a refund as the home was misrepresented online in the outdated images. We understand this is the owner's home, but there weren’t many modifications to make it comfortable as a short term rental for the weekend. Just to name a few issues we experienced: the sheets were dirty in the second bedroom and we had to change the sheets ourselves, we aren’t able to fit anything in the refrigerator as it was filled with the owner's own food, it smelled of dog and the carpet cleaner was left out proving our suspicion, there were dirty rags on the counter, the downstairs hallway was very tight (12" wide) with furniture cluttering proving it difficult to walk through and there wasn’t much space to put our own things in the closets. I’m asking for a refund for the second two nights as we ended up rebooking through Airbnb and staying somewhere else for the second two nights at our expense. The owner was very responsive leading up to the check-in but since we asked to leave after the uncomfortable stay on our first night I haven't heard anything. The owner has continued to go silent even with phone calls from VRBO. I really don't want anyone else to go through this experience, I would not recommend staying here.
