Located few minutes from Alberobello. Easy arrival, we were welcomed with a big smile and friendly staff. Nice and unique place, there is a great pool area, which we didn’t use (November). 25 minutes drive from Grotte di Castellana.

Incredible view, and unique atmosphere. We went as a couple, but I think parents with young kids will take the most out of this place, as there are lots of different animals to see. Staff was friendly

The bed was a bit rocky, and the traditional style rooms could use better ventilation. Not a huge issue though.

A truly beautiful hotel. we can’t recommend it strongly enough.

Everything is exquisite and the grounds of the hotel (including the swimming pool) are beautiful. We stayed in a trullo room with a huge stone hot tub and every detail was perfect. Breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful hotel, we loved the animals and the architecture is wonderful. The room is spacious. The breakfast is delicious, best scrambled eggs. The beds are comfortable.

The air conditioner didn’t work. When you shower the bathroom floods, water comes out.

we really liked the uniqueness of it . We stayed in a beautiful trilli . the staff was exceptional. The pool was beautiful. the animals so lucky to have such beautiful accommodation and the eagles were a wonder to see flying high.

No what we expected.

The property is beautiful and very comfortable. However, Our room had a small kitchenette. we had two cups and two glasses. No plates. No coffee. We were told we could drink the tap water so no bottles water provided. Our room had a jacuzzi hot tub which was tepid on our first night which took several conversations to have the temperature increased. The Jacuzzi area had built in ash trays which still had cigarette butts and ash inside them from previous guest’s. The floors were dirty, enhanced when getting out of the jacuzzi and going back into the room. We asked for additional towels and were charged €2.50 each for them in a proper that is already charging high rates. All in all the room and property was beautiful however it falls short of expectations and we were disappointed.

Cleanliness was not up to a standard of expectations. Cigarette Butts on the floor and next to the pool. Towels were rough and hard. Lack of facilities for small kitchenette. limited breakfast time slot of 1 hour - too late in the morning. No information about the animals on sit in small zoo. we asked for a tour and we’re told how to open the gate. Again, this property fell short of our expectations and we were a disappointed.

Alberobello is wonderful place

The hotel is in typical trully village style, from the ancient stone, very cute, beautiful and nice decorated transmitting the character of this place unique. Very friendly personnel, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast on your choice. And there are small farm nearby with horse, emu, buffaloes, zebra… wow, such a great place! Thanks. Truly yours.
