The places was very peacefull, beautiful and comfortable. The swimming pool area was delightful. The service at the breakfast and the swimming pool was poor as there were not enough employees.
The room and the bathroom were amazing!
Unfortunately the service was not qualitative enough due to the lack of waitress.

Its an amazing stay. Authentic and unique. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is refreshing as well. will recommend!
Maybe because of the weather… found a few spiders on the ceiling and one tiny one found on the bed.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Very quiet with a lovely swimming pool. Clean and very luxurious. We had a wonderful time.
The staff in the restaurant and cafe struggled with English. The coffee was not good at all. It was also not made clear that cooked breakfast was available, had to work this out yourself.

This was by far my FAVORITE place. The design is impecable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was incredible: great cheese and cuts, egg options and fruit always available. MAKE SURE you eat at least one dinner at the restaurant, it is amazing.

very charming Trulli apartments, newly built with lots of space indoors and also outdoors for each apartment.

Beautiful location, amazing breakfast. Rooms were superb
A few signs would be good! We arrived and we couldn’t get through the gates despite pressing the buzzer a few times and we’re stuck outside for about 10 mins!
Then once we were inside, there weren’t any signs for reception- so this would be useful.
It is a shame the bar closes at 7pm, as there isn’t much atmosphere at the hotel. Everyone just seems to go off to their rooms. Would really benefit from having the bar open and perhaps some music outside.
The restaurant options are quite rich! It might be good to have some lighter choices.

If you want to have the authentic Trullo experience in Italy, I strongly suggest to
spend at least 2/3 days at Borgo Canonica. The Trulli are recently restored with all comforts of an hotel room however still maintaining the charm of an authentic Trullo. The facilities are very nice and the restaurant is very good, thanks to Marcello (the chef) and all
his staff. A big thank you also to Ilario, Manuel and Gianni which made our stay very pleasant!

This is an exceptional property in the country side out Cisternino and each room is in a Trulli. Very authentic Italy in Puglia.
Everything was perfect

Had a lovely weekend here. Located at a beautiful spot in the countryside, this place is a real oasis. The pool area is very pleasant with ample space and loungers. Had dinner there twice as well as lunch and the quality was very good. They have nice local wines on the menu that don't cost an arm and a leg. The rooms in the trulli are lovely and modern.
There was a large group of 15-20 Americans during our stay. Set aside the fact that they were very loud (as to be expected), this place is not suitable to cater for large groups at all, as it totally changes the tranquil vibe. We complained, as did other guests, but nothing really changed to the point that we checked beforehand what their schedule was, so we could avoid the them as much as possible. The hotel could have done a better job at dealing with this, and at least offer other guests something for the inconvenience.
Room lacks coffee/ tea making facilities.

Picturesque property. Absolute luxury. The food was phenomenal. I think I had everything on the menu in my 3 night stay and each dish was better than the last. Worth visiting for the food alone.
I had a slight ant problem in my room but nothing to bothersome. It would have been nice to have access to a bar once the restaurant closes for the evening. Love music or some evening entertainment would be a welcome addition.
