L’accueil, ils vous arrangent si c’est possible et disponible, le buffet, le personnel de l’accueil, de la piscine, du resto sont au top, les deux piscines super mon fils c’est amusé

Trop de cheveux sur tapis et au sol dans la chambre ( pas mes cheveux) sinon dans l’ensemble les draps sont propres les dames de menages changent les serviettes de douche souvent

Le lieux et le personnel

Salle de bain à refaire, serviettes trop usé. Manque de bouilloire où machine café. Manque de tapis où chaussons ( carrelage trop froid pour marcher à pied nu.)

The architecture of the hotel was good / acces to 2 pools which is great. Located next to the mall/ carrefour…

Breakfast is horrible horrible horrible ! Nothing to eat, staff is overwhelmed and nothing is organized.

A lovely hotel/resort that caters for everyone's needs from the young to the very matured.

Room change accommodated without any problems. Bigger , better, ground floor accessibility and convenient to both pools and restaurants. Friendly staff and doing their best to assist. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city noise and traffic. On two evenings we were pleasantly surprised to walk into our room after a long day of sightseeing to find that housekeeping had beautifully decorated our room in a romantic atmosphere by putting colourful petals of flowers on the bed, pillows and towels.

Language barrier - it was a challenge to communicate in English as staff were more conversant and fluent in Arabic and French. Nevertheless managed to work around it and still enjoyed my stay.

great staff, good location and good facilities. comfortable place to rest!

Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly in the room, only had reception in the balcony. property is old and needs maintenance in some areas. also, same breakfast menu everyday.

Hotel is near main City Madina, and near the the big supermarket like carrefour. Staff was very helpful, specially Mr. Norridine, who was the in charge at Reception, he was very helpful and cooperative.

Total Waste of Money - Bad Experience..!

very bad experience - shower was broken, blockage in bathroom, locker in room was not working, spider and web in room, internet not working, lift not working - Total waste of Money.

The food , the fact we were conned in the price as we book to stay in club paradisio with that price but actually they did make us stay in the cheaper hotel which called zalagh kasbah

Exceptional staff, wonderful pools, great food!

The rooms are large and comfortable with both AC and mini fridges available. The pools are both amazing and offer both a lively or peaceful option depending on your mood. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff very attentive. The staff in general was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us when we had questions or requests. When we were looking for something we didn’t just get pointed to the right direction, but instead led exactly to where we needed to go, which was much appreciated and speaks to how they treat guests. The evening entertainment was also great, with great live guitar music and singing being a highlight.

Water pressure and hot water in the room showers could be improved, and stable Wifi was not always available, and not at all in the rooms. For non all-inclusive guests it would be great to have the option to charge drinks/food to the room and pay the bill at the end with the credit card (I think we would have bought more had we not been limited with the cash we had to carry around).

Horrendous - cockroaches, rude, no water.

we didn’t use it but the pool area looked nice.

The property would t let us check in at the states check in time and told us we’d have to wait’. They quite standoffish when we requested they put us in any available room they had and we didn’t have a room until 45 minutes after the check in time. we literally were staying for one night as we had a wedding in the area so we had very little time in the hotel but it was one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. There were cockroaches in the room and when we requested drinking water we were told no. Don’t stay here, it’s more expensive than much nicer places / riads we stayed in etc

Great food, good location and friendly staff

I found a big cockroach in the bathroom which is the last thing I would like to meet in vacation time. Pool chairs too crowded, impossible to find spare ones.

Loved the pool. The entertainment was good, even though we didn't really understand the morrocan songs.

The wifi, it was really poor in the rooms and at times even around the pool area. You had to go to the lobby for it. Also, not many restaurants around the hotel to eat. Had to get a taxi and find places which I guess was a good thing. Explored more I guess.
