Emplacement

we did not take advantage of the hotel because we only spent one night there. the hotel is very large, with a large swimming pool and spacious rooms.
for the rest I didn’t have the opportunity to judge.
Unfortunately the receptionists were very unpleasant (day and night), i think it’s only with moroccans. fortunately the managers on site were responsive and professional in solving the problem related to booking. Turns out that was entirely my mistake.
on the other hand, following the altercation we had with the receptionist, in revenge i think they gave us the worst room in the hotel but it does not matter we stayed there for a few hours.

Quiet pool with towels and comfy sun beds
Helpful staff
Great breakfast; you could sit indoors or outside.
Comfortable beds
Blackout curtains that kept the room really dark.
Very poor wifi.
Poor quality towels.
No hand soap.
Balcony door did not lock and could have been accessed from adjacent balcony.
No air conditioning in the gym so we didn’t use it.
This is potentially a very good hotel choice but in addition to the issues above, there was nowhere to have a drink in the evenings! The cocktail bar, the piano bar and the disco were all closed in mid April as there were ALL being renovated. We therefore had to find other hotels and bars in order to relax in the evenings.
The only choice in the hotel was the buffet dinner.
As two women travelling in Morocco, having to leave out resort hotel on the three nights we were there was not what we expected. During the first four nights we had, in a central riad, we had found lots of places to sound our evenings.

It was a very luxurious property the bed was amazing
The staff were superb and very friendly
Food was good and we enjoyed the bar
There was a fantastic pool and a lovely landscaped area to relax
The only marginal issue was it was on the flight path! Somewhat understandable since it was close to the airport however when it came to getting a taxi the price was excessive

Good location, spacious rooms and friendly staff
Breakfast could be a bit better and rooms should be refurbished...

Super hotel with really friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms very comfortable and good size (beds huge) and great to have a fridge in the room. Pool area is beautiful and breakfast excellent. Great location close enough to Medina (5 mins by taxi) but far enough away to be a peaceful oasis. We’ll definitely be back!
Service at pool bar was consistently awful (friendly but very slow & orders always wrong) - but it was early season. I’d question ’5 star’ (it’s not Mamounia and could do with a bit of updating), but extremely comfortable, friendly - and excellent value for money.

except the receptionist, other staff were very nice
I booked for the best suit for two people in the hotel. once there they told us we couldn’t share the room cus we had to justify our marriage certificate. didn’t even bother to offer a solution at all, I had to book another room.

The pool and outside looks exactly as in the pictures. The breakfast is very good, great selection.
The lock of the window door on the terrace was not working, the wall near to the bed was dirty
