Recommended

Visited many times. Excellent position. Nice pool. Kids facilities too.

Starting to show it's age now. Easily fixed are new sunbeds and new bathroom towels etc. Will still go back, though!

Excellent family stay with private pool

The photos do not do the villa justice. There are 2 villas available and we stayed in villa A which was for older children. This included outdoor game tables, toys and inflatables. The outdoor area is excellent. Plenty of space to sit together and also areas to have your own space. The kids (age 6 & 10) loved the sofas in the shade to relax after swimming and the adults enjoyed the sun loungers & outdoor dining area. Completely private & not overlooked at all. Pool is not too cold but still a good temperature to cool you down on a hot day. The children spent their days playing with pool toys and the inflatables which were provided. The BBQ area was fantastic. The outdoor area & pool were the highlight of our holiday. The indoor area, though small, has everything you need. Good sized tv in the living area & comfortable reclining sofas. It’s not very modern inside, but this did not affect our stay. The villa was clean & having 2 bathrooms was great. The kitchen is small but you can work with it as it has all the essentials you need. The large double fridge freezer was a godsend to store water and ice lollies. We also used Just Eat one night for a takeaway delivery which was nice. There is a safe available for your valuables which is useful. Wifi signal was good and the aircon was great. The host Carmen was lovely & was always available to answer queries. The pool was cleaned once on our 2 week stay and the beds and towels also got changed once. The villa is roughly a 15minute walk into playa Blanca which is great. The closest supermarket is the same. We didn’t hire a car as the centre is so close. We found that if we did one big shop each week at the Super Dino we could get a taxi at the rank outside to take it back. Which is around €5 and takes 5minutes. For top up items like water etc we put these in a backpack and walked back. It’s handy to have your own carrier bags in your bag to carry other items. Overall, a fantastic stay.

A welcome pack with useful numbers and villa information would be a good idea. However, this is purely a suggestion. Carmen was always available via WhatsApp to answer anything you needed.

Fantastic choice for a relaxing holiday!

Villa Raima is managed by people who care about the families that choose to stay here and you can see it from the first time you walk through the door. Complementary chocolate and wine, plenty of towels, blankets and inflatables to use in the pool. Everything was spotless, we've been impressed by their kindness and hospitality. The kitchen is well equipped, you can easily cook as at home or make barbecue, you have some condiments and even some capsules for coffee. There's lots of games for kids and adults to play, which is nice to do on a windy day, on the porch. We loved it the whole time there! Thank you Carmen!

A fabulous comfortable Villa with everything you need for a great holiday.

The Villa was so comfortable with recliner sofas and a big comfortable bed. Lots of quality garden furniture including built in barbecue with sink and work top. Excellent Wi-Fi, lovely warm private pool with plenty of games to play including pool table, darts, table football and many other games to keep you amused. Everything was spotlessly clean.

The kitchen lacked work surfaces but had everything needed for a self catering holiday.

Beautiful villa. Clean and provided everything you need. Fantastic pool area and covered terrace. Large bedrooms. One en suite and also family shower room. We'll equipped. Great communication from host Carmen. We are already working out dates so we can re book for next year. Fantastic value for money.

Would have been useful to have had an information pack for emergency needs (thankfully not needed) etc but only other thing is a lack of prep surface in kitchen. Easily solved by using dining room table

Fabulous villa in great location with everything you need

Fabulous villa. Great location. Very private, not at all overlooked and very peaceful. Everything you need inside. Outdoor area and pool in particular is brilliant. We stayed as a family with 10 and 9 year olds who spent the whole week in and out of the pool. On arrival Carmen had left us a bottle of red and a bottle of sparkling wine and a load of Easter eggs for the kids which was a lovely surprise.

Pleasant

Heated pool well equipped villa Good location

This is not one villa This is two adjoining villas We were aware the villa was child friendly However we assumed we would be staying In the child friendly villa not next door to it The walls were paper thin and the noise from the baby in the adjoining bedroom in villa raima B (we were in villa raima A) Was so bad it kept us awake all night and we had to move the mattress into the lounge and sleep on the floor. If you don't want neighbour noise book elsewhere.

Felt very ‘at home’, a wonderful place to stay.

Quiet estate within walking distance of the town centre restaurants and marina. Lovely outside area to relax in and enjoy the sunsets. Pool was great. Beautifully clean and well presented inside. Excellent host who responded to any queries immediately.

Nothing really. Could have done with a few more kitchen items like a larger chopping board and another oven tray but didn’t affect our stay. Everything in the villa looked pretty new so think had only just been kitted out.

Great but now needs attention.

4th stay. Excellent location, clean and spacious. Good for younger kids as it has a play area. Always try to come here.

Main bed and frame urgently require replacement as extremely uncomfortable. Sun beds similarly so as they have been there years and are stained and saggy.

Perfect accommodation with children!

Possibility of closing fences around the poolside and only ground floor without any stairs is ideal for holiday with small children. The playground was a big hit with both our children (1&3 yrs old). Owner very helpful in case of any questions.

Everything was great! The one thing that could be replaced is the mattress in the double bed room.

Very enjoyable stay

The villa was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It felt like home. It was only a 10 min walk from the shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

There was nothing we didn’t like, however we had a wheel chair user in our party and although access around and within the property is easy, getting a wheel chair into the bathrooms was difficult as quite small and the toilets are behind the door. We managed to use the en-suite bathroom as she transferred using the bath to hold on too. We also put a plastic chair in the shower so she could sit and shower. So something to think about if you need disabled facilities.

Cleanliness, decoration, location was great. Great service, trying to accommodate for changes when possible.

The beds could be more comfortable, they were not to the standard of the rest of the facilities
