Ci è piaciuto tutto ma la vera differenza la fanno i proprietari, Rebecca e Roberto, gentilissimi e attenti ad ogni esigenza! E poi la cucina..davvero ottima! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa!

Ci ha colpito subito l'accoglienza e l'educazione del personale. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha subito messo a nostro agio. La struttura e molto curata e soprattutto vige una tranquillità splendida. Cucina eccellente e vino ottimo. Torneremo sicuramente

Couldn’t ask for more

We loved the setting and location- beautiful and convenient so we could visit the hill town nearby. Roberto and Rebecca were lovely and attentive. We enjoyed talking to them about their farm and agriturismo. The food was fantastic- mainly their own or from local farms. Couldn’t ask for more

Great week in Umbria

Delicious food. Local products of the highest quality. Excellent coffee. Rebecca made pancakes for the kids, although it wasn't in the standard offer. We spent a fantastic week. We enjoyed a delicious dinner every day. A wonderful dessert! Roberto and Rebecca are wonderful and caring hosts. the entire facility and all its elements are very neat and clean. You can see that they put a lot of work into the place and pay attention to details. Fantastic and hardworking people. We are glad that we could spend these few days with you. Enjoy a lovely sunset overlooking the vineyards while dining outside. The children were also delighted with the dogs. The property itself is in a good location for those who plan to explore northern Umbria and southern Tuscany. We will definitely come back here someday!

Great agroturismo near Lago Trasimeno

Great place to relax - by the pool -, do some biking, and visit the places in the area (lago Trasimeno, Città della Pieve). Rebecca and Riccardo make you feel at home, and you must try their food (all Umbrian and/or own produce)

Basic agri stay

The room and facilities. Pool area. It is a basic working agri hotel. Very Nice service.

The breakfast is ok but is only served btw 8-9. The restaurant in the evening is basic - you Can have some traditionel food (from the same menu). If you eat there more than twice you have fine through the whole menu. Our room had an outdoor area but no furniture. So quite difficult to use. It is far from most places - expect to spend s bit of time in your car

This Agriturismo is perfection!

This place is truly special - magical. It oozes hospitality and peace. The whole ambiance with perfectly curated background music sets the soul at ease. Located just over the Tuscan border into Umbria where the view is equally fantastic, but less crowded and touristic. It is a phenomenal location to visit many of the wonderful hill top cities and Roberto made wonderful recommendations that truly made my trip memorable. The host’s literally bend over backwards to please. At breakfast one morning Roberto asked me if I was enjoying the view and if I didn’t he would change it for me. While he was clearly joking, it literally sums up their attitude. The view is FAR BETTER than the photos depict. Everything one expects from a quintessential Tuscan holiday. Simply breathtaking. This is a TRUE traditional Agriturismo. Roberto and Rebecca are the hardest working people I’ve ever met, running this farm with little help. They work the farm, cook, serve, and engage with the guests. Their farm is part of the slow food movement and the restaurant is “farm to table” with everything served directly from the farm or local products. It is a true foodie paradise. The entire farm is newly renovated and therefore everything is brand new. The beds are so comfortable and they thought to provide both a firm and soft pillow. Rebecca even offered to wash my clothes when I got a stain. The breakfast is divine with fresh eggs, butter, jam, bread, cakes, specialty coffee, fresh fruit, etc. the dinners were the best I’ve had anywhere. I enjoyed coming “home” after a long day exploring to have a relaxing phenomenal meal overlooking the countryside. Do t think twice: book this place, you won’t regret it!!! Rebecca and Roberto are so kind and hospitable. This place is a real gem.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Everything used was local or from their farm. The property was welcoming and everything surrounding it was beautiful. Dinners were also delicious—I definitely recommend dining in there at least one night or all nights of your stay.

Nothing but a lovely experience

Rebecca and Roberto’s place was probably the best agriturismo we could have possibly stayed in. The location was amazing - central to many of the points of interests in both Umbria and Tuscany. Both Rebecca and Roberto were absolutely lovely and they were so kind and helpful. They also provided us with a phenomenal breakfast every morning with the freshest ingredients, many of which were grown on their own farm. They also run a restaurant in the evening, which I would recommend eating at at least once. They also rent out e-bikes, which we didn’t try out, but we saw some people coming in just to rent them. They also have the most loveable dogs and it was so hard to say goodbye to them. We would definitely come back here to stay the next time. Grazie per tutto :’)

Roberto and Rebecca were great hosts. Nothing was a problem , always available for a chat about the farm and the area, for which they have a real passion. The location was central to some wonderful sights. Rebecca is a great cook too, using the ingredients from the farm and local area. We would highly recommend staying with Roberto and Rebecca.

Wonderful stay in a very nice area. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was excellent and based on local produce. The location was perfect for us on-route between Pisa Airport and Abruzzo and we will most probably stay here again.

A must visit! The perfect example of proper agroturismo

This place is a gem and must be visited. It has nice views and it is very peaceful but most of all the food is divine. It felt like home away from home as it is so cozy and welcoming thanks to the hosts who make sure that you have a wonderful experience. If you are visiting perugia, you have to spend at least a night here.

Great choice for farm stay

Roberto and Rebeca are wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean. They asked us what we wanted for breakfast so combined "salty and sweet" (because Italians usually have coffee and cake/biscuits for breakfast. We also ordered dinner to try their pasta and other products, theirs or local. Everything was great. Steak tartare is a must try!

The railway is close so at times you can hear the train passing.

We stayed 6 nights and had plenty to do in the area but loved coming back to the peaceful agriturismo at the end of the

Beautiful and peaceful country setting a short distance away from the busier towns. Great location to reach many places in Tuscany and Umbria. Hosts are welcoming and helpful with advice; they want your stay to be memorable. The breakfasts were delicious and dinner was just like going to a top rated restaurant with the convenience of not having to drive. We will definitely return.
