Pretty nice time at an beautiful place

The room was very comfy, clean and had a fantastic size. The pool was awesome and especially the hotel staff were perfect. This guys did hell of a job and are always friendly. I had a room which was very calm - i appreciated a lot after my stay in Tirana. I had the chance to have a late Check Out without to pay for it extra. So i can totaly recommend this hotel - you will love your stay there.

It's a bit out in the middle of nowhere. So If you want to visit the beach, you need to rent a car or ride with a taxi(approx 1200 lek one way). But i guess this is totaly fair.

Zeer comfortabel hotel

Zeer comfortabel. Heerlijk zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijt tot 11:00 uur. Eigenaar persoonlijk aanwezig en zeer vriendelijk (gratis drankje bij het zwembad 🙏). Restaurant van goede kwaliteit.

Niets eigenlijk. Drukke weg langs het hotel, maar met deur van frans balkon dicht (airco aan was sowieso nodig) geen probleem.

Convenient to the motorway. Two evening dining choices on the property. Secure parking. Decent breakfast buffet. Good ch

Huge room. Nice furnishings. Big bathtub.

Keycard-operated door lock was broken. When I reported it, desk clerk indicated he knew about the problem snd dug out the key for the mechanical lock. Why wasn't it fixed if it's a known problem?

Great place that should keep up the good work

This is a very good hotel in the sense that you immediately feel like home, not only a guest. The staff is young and they are nice in a natural way, not the usual salesperson smile. The owner is always there and he is so friendly and humble that we were amazed to find out he owned the place. Anyway, we had a lot of fun staying here. We liked the breakfast options, the comfy beds and the pool. In our last day we also tried the restaurant and it was delicious. We do plan to come back and hope the atmosphere in the hotel stays the same and doesn’t get carried away by marketing like popular places in other countries.

Be aware that the hotel is located in the middle-north of the Riviera, therefore you’ll spend some time in traffic if you want to go places. The water in the rooms had a strange smell, but we think it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the sewage system. The croissants were so good they were finished quickly.

Great hotel and amazing restaurant!

The room is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, always available to solve the problems and help with everything we need. The garage for the car. The breakfast. The swimming pool is perfect. They let us stay after checkout and use the pool 😀 The hotel restaurant is amazing! The Chef Albert is very detail-oriented and always available to explain how well the food was prepared. He was so kind and prepared a delicious picanha for us, although it was not in the menu. The wifi is good, but sometimes it doesn't work.

There is no big issue to report, but, unfortunately, we had many small issues that I think could have been avoided if they were a bit more attentive to the details. When we checked in, they put us in a room where the air-conditioning was very loud. After I complained, they changed our room. As this was a known issue, I think they could have put us in the other room in the first place. The TV in the room is not a smart TV (this is a big minus). But they gave me an HDMI cable so I could connect my laptop to the TV. The restaurant service is a bit slow. During breakfast, I had to ask many times to have things refilled, tables to be cleaned so I could sit, cups to be washed as there were no clean ones... It's a bit difficult to order when you are in the pool area. Sometimes your drink takes too long to arrive. The impression we had is that at least one more employee is needed to help in that area. The swimming pool is next to a busy road and the noise on the side next to it is very disturbing. Because of that, we took the umbrella on the opposite side where the noise can be ignored. The noise doesn't disturb when you are distracted swimming in the pool.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, offered help in our every requests. The breakfast was extremely good, fresh, and with an ever-changning palette of items on it. The room was very beautiful, clean and was well maintained under our 10 days of stay.

Everything was very nice: good breakfast, quiet air conditioning, comfy beds, clean.

Shower was clogged, so it took some time for water to run off.

Passable

The hotel was modern and well kept. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool was beautiful and a good seating area and the breakfast was okay.

The staff were absent most of the stay, barely any staff are present around the pool or the bar during the day and when we asked for drinks/food it always felt like a big ask and just felt awkward. We went to the reception desk a few times and no one was there to ask for assistance. When we did manage to ask for assistance at the reception we got told the wrong information about transport and it meant that we had to pay an extra 20 euros for a taxi in Durres. We appreciate transport is difficult in Albania and sometimes unclear but other hotels have rang people for information and at a 4 star hotel I would expect this too.

Perfect value for price

Everything was extraordinary, really nice modern hotel, with beautiful comfortable rooms. All perfectly clean, beautiful outside pool, and really kind stuff. Breakfast was also amazing, delicious, various, and fresh.

Luxurious stay.

Very, very, VERY clean, modern and luxurious. Kind staff who helped us with minor car issues. Extremely great breakfast. Nothing like I’ve ever seen before. Nice pool and good food.

The location is next to a big road, away from the city center. That didn’t bother us too much as the hotel itself is simply perfect.

A great hotel.

This is our first time in Albania traveling from Spain to Greece. We chose this hotel as it looked good but this hotel is more than good it’s fantastic. I loved everything about it. So have booked it again for our return journey.

A wonderful experience.

This place is absolutely excellent. Don’t look at other hotels in the area as this would just waste your time. Foote has everything you can imagine. It’s a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. It’s extremely luxurious and even has parking, a rarity for the area. Do yourself a favor and try the restaurant while you’re there. The chefs are excellent.

Pristine Luxory

It was quite a bit luxorious to be honest. Everything was pristine clear. The bathtub in the room was amazing. Air conditioning and parking service was also great. Totally recommended.

The breakfast was a bit weak. The location wasa kind of strange but not too bad. All staff was very kind and were smiling except the receptionist. He was a bit too serious in our opinion.

Nice, modern hotel. Friendly staff

Entertaiment - I mean music evening for example. We enjoyed also quality restaurant. Our very early morning breakfast (on departure day) was nicely packaged and I would like to say again thank you! Generally we liked this hotel, although you should have car there.

It is not a complaint, but suggestion for extra services. We (adults) had no issues finding suitable dishes (for breakfast or lunch), but our children missed continental breakfasts. I mean yoghurts, salads, pancakes, omlettes, toasts with jam, more addons to milk. I would pay right away extra for „continental” breakfast option.

Superb luxury boutique hotel , exceptional staff and its facilities. Excellent choice of breakfast, clean swimming pool ( extra clean swimming pool ) which is a bonus. By far one of the most beautiful hotels … designed to give the guests a luxury feel , very spacious room & bathrooms. Touch screen mirror in bathroom, Star Trek feel .., just fantastic

Good stay close to the beaches

Toller poolbereich. schönes zimmer. Tolles bett.

Staff for breakfast was grumpy and not very friendly even though we were the only guests at this time. Every question Was one question too much. Later He even checked us out and was the same
