Posizione strategica e bellissimo hotel, ci tornerò

Hotel molto bello, si trova a circa 15 minuti dall’ aeroporto e 20 minuti dal centro di Tirana. Le camere sono semplici ma pulite e luminose. La piscina è molto gradevole (attenzione che non è aperta tutto il giorno)

Forse l’ambiente è un po’ “freddo”, nel complesso un ottimo hotel

Nice time out of the caos

The hotel is beautiful, and the pool is very charming; everything is very clean

The breakfast is very basic and continental. No one informed us that there would be a wedding, so we had to leave the pool at 5 PM.

Pas du tout raccord avec le prix. Et trop excentré de la ville.

La piscine

Pas de rideaux qui empêche la lumière de rentrer, donc réveillés à 6h du matin. Pas de serviettes à notre arrivée. Pas de téléphone pour appeler la réception Petit déjeuner vraiment bas de gamme.

Fabulous hotel, large pool., would recommend and definitely return

A really lovely hotel..- grander thank expected, large rooms and large bathroom, great balcony overlooking the large pool and the gardens are immaculate and beautiful. Grand dining room. All staff very helpful and approachable and spoke great English (my albanian is very poor). Would definitely come back, on a hill away from city so cool breeze and very quiet surroundings. Lots of outside seating, sun loungers and parasols - plenty of space to sit in sun or shade. Left too early for breakfast but great lunch and dinner (with complimentary pudding!) And taxi arrived on time to take us to airport.

There was a wedding on, which was wonderful, but the fireworks going off in the early hours were a bit of a surprise!

An extraordinary experience on the top of the hill.

I must say that the pictures available online doesn't exactly show how stunning the whole place is. As you turn, from the main road, to the alley that takes you up to the hotel you feel as if you jumped into another world. The place is surreal. It is clean, very well equipped and surround by marvellous garden and pool. Breakfast that is served is tasty and delicious. Restaurant serves delicious food during the day and the chicken soup is to die for. Rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Views are breathtaking. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional. They are trained upto a high standard and will help with any query. Gerald has been super helpful and thanks to him my stay was even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place if you like to be treated as royalty and like a bit of a boujee lifestyle - at the end of the day the name for this place is 100% spot on!

As a new hotel I am sure that the team is constantly working on improving and making sure that everything is up to the highest quality and standards as it should be at such a beautiful place. During my stay I noticed few things that could be improved. As the hotel is currently under refurbishment, an message should be sent to inform arriving guest about it, with a details of noise level and hours of labour. Information about the pool rules in case of an function taking a place at the hotel should be shared prior to arrival along with the colliding dates of those functions if applicable. I've noticed that the fridge switches off as soon as room is vacated due to the card being removed. Cold drinks or medication storage whilst you are out of the room isn't possible. Extra coffee choice would be advisable as the only one available was 3in1 whilst I don't use sugar this wasn't ideal.

Very nice hotel to stay at

• The hotel & surrounding scenery was beautiful • The room was clean, comfortable, air con worked well & you could link your phone up for Netflix • The staff were all very friendly & happy to help us • The food & drinks we tried were very tasty and made to a high standard • The pool was a lovely temperature & very clean, closed at 5pm daily • Our flight arrived early meaning we arrived at the hotel before check-in, but they still kindly allowed us to check-in before official check-in time • Overall felt like a pretty luxurious hotel • Lovely view from the bedroom’s balcony although not enough space to sit out with chairs there

• The shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold • They stopped serving food at 8pm & there’s basically no other restaurants nearby so one night we went hungry. The restaurant/bar closed at 9:30pm which felt a little early • The hotel has beautiful surroundings but there didn’t seem to be a way to get to the center without a taxi/car. Highly recommend renting a car if you stay here & want to explore • There is not much to do around the area (we couldn’t find any other restaurants/cafés, etc)

I would recommend this one for business trip only.

I liked that some of the staff was very nice, the pool is cool, and the hotel is very nice. The room is clean, and the restaurant is very nice with nice offer.

Half of the staff does not speak english, breakfast is too late (8:15). Its too far from the city. The room does not have a safe to lock your stuff.

nice hotel but don’t stay there if there is an event

there was a weeding but the staff was still super nice, trying to make us feel comfortable and super helpful. the room was clean and the hotel is close to the airport.

cause there was a weeding, it was as super noisy. Every 10 minutes or so, hotel guests went into their rooms super loud. Clattering shoes, shouting, banging doors. we couldn’t sleep at all. also our shower didn’t have any cold water. No matter how we turned the faucet, the water did not get cold. Very annoying. also be aware there is no 24/7 reception. so if you want to get to the airport/ from the airport super late/early there won’t be anyone to assist you or pick you up.

Close to the airport, clean and cosy, has a pool

We booked the airport shuttle for 5:15 am but it didn't come on time, so we had to call another taxi. There was no one at the reception early in the morning.

Amazing hotel

The mountains surrounding this hotel are amazing, and I would highly recommend blocking out some time to go for a hike. The rooms were nice, and came with a balcony. The swimming pool was clean, with a nice view (not heated). The staff were kind, helpful and spoke good english. The bar was nice and reasonably priced.

Best value for money hotel in Tirana

The room was very clean and modern. The facilities were well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms give an excellent view of the distant mountains and the main highway. They have a restaurant that serves the softest fries 🍟 I have ever tasted. Breakfast is complimentary, and that is a whole buffet on its own. I give it 10/10.

The bed size was perfect, although I would have loved a smaller pillow size.

not a good hotel

the location next to the airport

the tv wasn’t working, the fridge wasn’t working, the door was broken, we spoke for a wedding and whatever we agreed face to face changed through the phone. bo one was at the reception in the morning. couldn’t sleep from the live band noise till 3 am. no breakfast

Nice hotel, but not worth the visit if they don't step up their service level.

The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool really helped cool us on a very hot day.

The staff failed to book our taxi -as requested- for an early leave to the airport. The only guy available in the morning was sleeping on the restaurant floor and was not really interested in helping out. The airconditioning worked very poorly (30 degrees C in the room), meaning we had to sleep with the windows open. A wedding was taking place in the other building and we (and all mosquitos in the room) could enjoy the loud music. We had a poor night.
